V7 Hotel

We went for buffet on Friday night ( which I hoped should be the busiest)....Unfortunately had a bad experience...They had one standing fan for us.. Ac was not working as expected. Never expected of a service like this in a star hotel.. Food not so hot and dry ...had to request them to be hot .. The service people were good but the ambience and food servicing has to be improved... Hope management will look into this..

I recently booked a banquet hall at this hotel, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I've had. The air conditioning was completely useless, and the room was infested with cockroaches. The AC never worked in the rooms, and the heater was just a showpiece. On the positive side, the room view and space were good for the price point. The food prepared was also quite good. However, the service was extremely poor, which overshadowed the quality of the food. Overall, the hotel needs serious cleaning and maintenance. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I stayed at V7 Hotel for a night. The only good thing about this hotel is the reception area. It is kept neat and clean to make an impression upon the visitors. The shock is when you enter inside the rooms. Even though I had a booking, they made me wait at the reception for more than 30 mins saying the room is being readied. The hotel room corridors are smelly and the carpet condition shows it is not cleaned or maintained. It was also hot in the corridor area. The room is average. THERE ARE COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE IN THE ROOM. The bed sheet was not clean. The telephone inside room was not working. When I tried calling room service, it was not ringing. I reached reception and asked them to send some drinking water. They did not send after saying yes. The bathroom wash basin had no drain filter net. If any object falls inside it, for example, ear ring, it will go down the drain. There was no electric kettle in the room. So, we could NOT make tea or coffee with the tea/coffee powder they kept as complimentary. The lighting inside the room is not good enough. The TV remote was difficult to operate. The above points proved to me that this hotel is barely maintained to squeeze money out of it. No one at this hotel considered about guest experience. Not Recommended.

I was back at this Hotel after around 6 years and was surprised to see so less maintenance. The rooms seriously needs renovation. Hotel flooring is coming out. The rooms have a fantastic Porur lake view. Service is great they have really good staffs. And definitely it a great location.

I had a highly disappointing experience at V7 Hotel. The service was unprofessional, and the staff lacked basic hospitality. The rooms were not well-maintained, with cleanliness issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Despite multiple requests, the management was unresponsive and showed no concern for guest satisfaction. There were several issues in the hotel--ACs were not working properly, and even after multiple complaints, no one attended to the issue. Housekeeping was equally poor; even after handing over the keys in the morning and requesting room cleaning, we would return in the evening to find the room untouched. The overall experience was frustrating and unacceptable. The only good aspect was the breakfast, which was excellent. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Rooms are worst. Not like what they displayed on their website. All taps & showers are rusty. Rooms furniture also not well maintained. Room service is also of poor quality. No one receives phone for house keeping , reception also not responding if we need something. I called them atleast 7-10 times but no one has responded. Finally went to the reception why there is no response on repeated calls then he gave another number and asked to call on that no only. At night only one person available for room services sering all the rooms. You can imagine then time to respond, what that poor fellow can do? No towels and remote in the room on request they provided almost after 45 minutes. Morning breakfast timing is 7:30 but no food is available till 7:45 except some fruits. The guy on reception don't bother to listen to the customer. There no lights also in the lobby passages I will not stay in future at this hotel and also recommend anyone to stay over here. As there is no negative rating system I am giving 1 star but they deserve a negative ratings. Waste of our hard earned money.

A Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place! My bad experience started the moment I entered the hotel. The security staff was lethargic and unhelpful when it came to parking guidance. He claimed there was no parking space, yet just a little further ahead, I found ample parking available. Washroom: The cleanliness standards were extremely poor--the washroom was dirty and had a persistent foul odor. Food: The food is just about edible if you're really hungry, but nothing exceptional. As for the hot beverages, they are overwhelmingly sweet--enough to make you worry about your sugar levels. Service & Management: The staff is inattentive, and the hotel management is even worse, showing no sense of responsibility for guest experience. Overall, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise against hosting any event here. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
