URBAN HOUSE LOTUS RESIDENCY, Mogappair

Great stay and convenient location! I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this lodge. It's located directly opposite to MMM hospital and right in the middle of many shops , which makes it very convenient for visitors. The rooms were clean, had all the basic facilities, and the service was good. It's definitely worth the money, especially for the location and overall comfort. I'd recommend it for anyone looking for a budget-friendly and hassle-free place to stay.

I stayed there for a couple of days. The experience was very good. They showed us good hospitality and the service was very good. They responded very well and the food was good too. It has very good facilities as many shops are around it. It's opposite to the MMM hospital. Staffs are friendly to approach. It was a great experience staying there. Budget friendly. Great lodge in the whole surroundings.

Good place to stay and car parking is available

Worst experience ever, no water facility, no room service.. please don't go based on ratings..you will surely regret.. Too costly with zero facilities

Only hotel photos looks good but not rooms. Flush not works in bath room. Out of my two days stay, second day there was no hot water. When hotel in charge is questioned, he says stories. Complimentary breakfast is horrible. It will be served at the ground floor open area. Also for coffee they charged Rs 15 addition, when it's asked, they say it's not the part of complimentary breakfast. Wooden furnishing is in bad condition at hotel. So not happy with service.

My engagement was arranged here and done happily. I have an wonderful experience. Rooms and function hall looks beautiful. Downstairs has hotel and It's easy to arrange foods for my relatives.

Rooms are real spacious but should have maintained much more cleaner when it comes to wardrobes.
