Overall: Room was average, there was no mirror, ac remote, tv remote, kettle, only one glass in the room. Blanket was not clean. Room was not prepared for three occupancy. I need to ask for everything bed, bedsheet, blanket Electric kettle was not cleaned properly which was given after asking for that which we can't use. And Instead of blanket they provided blanket cover.. also chair was not cleaned. You can book this using upar website that will be cheaper compared to agoda or any other vendor. Positive: staffs behaviour was great, location was great

The hotel room is very compact for their rates and the staff promised WiFi but it took them almost two days to set it up. Honestly not worth the money and the service in general is so bad. There is no option of opening the windows as well as it is not guarded enough and mosquitoes are a nuisance. The bathrooms aren't structured well. The place can do so much better. Wanted to cancel the booking but there's no refund so had to tolerate it. It is so bad, please find a better place to stay if you want a good place and peace of mind.

I stayed at this hotel twice, once in 2023 during Deepavali and again in 2024 during Christmas. Unfortunately, my experience was vastly different between the two visits. In 2023, the hotel was immaculately maintained, with clean rooms and prompt breakfast service from A2B. Of-course cockroaches were there. However, in 2024, the hotel seemed to have lost its charm. The rooms were dirty, with stained towels - nothing changed even after complaining. Staines towels were given and muddy foot rugs that didn't appear to have been cleaned after the previous guest's departure. Breakfast was outsourced to a different vendor, and the food was subpar. When I complained, I was told it was the first complaint, which I found hard to believe. We asked if they could refund the amount as we cancelled on the breakfast. But a big NO. We spent extra bucks for the breakfast. The manager is not proper too. cockroaches were still there and mosquitoes too. I had reserved two rooms, but was surprised to find that one of them lacked a fundamental amenity - a table or surface near the charging ports to place personal items. Other issues included: - Water dripping from the AC - Difficulty turning on the TV, requiring assistance from staff - Malfunctioning digital locks, which had to be operated manually most of the time - Limited parking, suitable only for two-wheelers - A 5-7 minute walk to the beach On a positive note, the hotel's location on ECR has improved, with many restaurants nearby. However, overall, my 2024 stay was disappointing, and I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues.

hotel was very good hotel location near To 800 meter in a Uthandi beech. Rooms are spacious, comfortable bed. Hygiene bathrooms. Comfortable AC. Hotel was quite well maintained. Check out was done smoothly and very nice and staffs are good Thank you

It's was my official stay and it's very clean and affordable, beach is near and no need to worry about transportation and food.easy to find for location.

I stayed at UPAR Hotel in Uthandi for 12 days and had an excellent experience. The reception staff was professional, making check-in and any inquiries a breeze. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, with all the amenities provided as promised. Housekeeping staff were also fantastic, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Initially, Our given room was not ok. Had dust and AC wasn't Chilling. So we raised query to the manager he then changed to different room. Here Ac was ok but had other problems like toilet hanger was not strong enough to hold anything. The lights were not working. There was no air freshener pockets etc. This is all adjustable only. After that everything was ok and good. No one disturbed us. Had a smooth check in and check out experience and managers were kind and respectful. People smoked there though they had no smoking policy. So there you go, My experience - Sure i will book again, it would be great if they made some changes and improvements Highlights of this place Uthandi beach is near Vgp is near Other beaches are also near Mutukadu at travelable distance Oru Kerala story is near Go extreme is near Pvr, mayajal is travelable.
