I had one of the most memorable birthday dinners this year, thanks to a wonderful surprise planned by my wife. She arranged a special dinner for us, and it turned out to be an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish.||The highlight of the evening was the incredible fish curry -- perfectly cooked, bursting with rich, traditional flavours, and served just the way I like it. Alongside that, the lamb dish was equally impressive, tender and full of authentic spices that made every bite enjoyable. Both dishes reflected true culinary craftsmanship.||I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Manager Siva and the entire team who made our evening so special. A special mention to Raja, Moni, and Mopiai for their attentive service and friendly smiles throughout the night. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made us feel welcome and well taken care of.||It wasn't just a dinner, it was a beautiful experience made possible by the thoughtful planning of my wife and the warm service of the staff. It's a place I would happily recommend to friends and family, and one I look forward to visiting again.

We checked into the Turyaa Chennai hotel late, and to our delight, we were upgraded to a spacious room with a fantastic view. The room was exceptional--large, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's pizza and pasta dishes are a must-try; they were absolutely delicious, and the midnight service by the staff was impressive and much appreciated. The room service was prompt and reliable. The morning breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, though the taste could be improved. The Location-wise, the hotel is excellent, with stunning views and a great ambiance. The Opposite the hotel is Sri Gupta Bhavan, a must-visit for sweet lovers. The staff was friendly, professional, and made our stay memorable. The Especially Riya, Kumar and others are provided good service. Overall, Turyaa Chennai is a fantastic choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Had excellent stay there and all the staff were too friendly. Good food also. Spacious and luxury room. The entire hotel is a heaven to stay for your business as well as casual visit. With for money

As a European who frequently travels for business around the world, I unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. It is very poorly managed, and it appears they are operating without making any further investments--waiting until they're forced to shut down, renovate everything from the ground up, and relaunch under a new brand that isn't already ruined. The pool contains water, but many tiles are missing, and the entire pool area feels uninviting. The gym looks like it's from the 1960s and is extremely small. The booked room was old and dirty; the curtains were covered in dust, the air conditioning worked but emitted a bad smell, and even the water had an unpleasant odor. Breakfast and service were truly terrible. Food that had fallen on the floor was not cleaned up. The waitstaff were neither well-trained nor able to speak English. The front desk made promises and charged for services they couldn't deliver. At least the bed didn't smell--that was the only positive thing. That said, I strongly recommend booking a room at a three-star international hotel brand instead--you'll likely have a much better experience. This was one of the worst bookings I've ever made, and I will advise my company to blacklist this hotel in the future.

Our stay at Turyaa was Outstanding! The receptionist at our time of stay was Sakshi and she was always there for us helping us with everything we needed. Super hospitable and attentive. She deserves a raise. The entire team's hospitality was unmatched. I'd 10/10 recommend Turyaa.

Spacious rooms, prime location, good food, ample space for parking, friendly staffs. The front desk staffs krishna and saka even went a step ahead and upgraded my room from deluxe to junior suite for no extra cost. Perfect stay, just as I wished.

Turyaa is a fantastic hotel - tastefully done decor, gorgeous fresh flowers in the lobby etc, self playing piano is a highlight. Rooms are clean and inviting. Bed is comfy. ||Coming to the food - they have 2 restaurants. Roof top one is magical, but mosquitoes are a big nuisance there. Management needs to do something about it. The restaurant in the lobby serves buffet breakfast. Overall food is good. Waitress Porismita is a great host - always smiling and willing to assist in any way possible. Loved her hospitality and going above and beyond to meet customer needs. I went very late to dinner one day - almost at their closing time. Still she served me with a smile. Chef also gave extra garlic bread which made my day! |Only one be constructive feedback I have is their Dosas need improvement. They're limp and not crispy. I would have expected better from a hotel of this standard. ||Overall a great place to stay for business or pleasure. Just need to improve their Dosas and resolve the mosquito issue on the terrace restaurant.

Great Hotel and Great Hospitality Indeed! I Thank Mr. Krishna, Riya and Saka for helping me out during my stay and gracefully allowing me for late checkout as well. Will definitely recommend anyone who is visiting Chennai to stay @ Hotel Turyaa.
