TRISTAR RESIDENCY

Am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. The air conditioning was ineffective despite being set to 18degC. There was no bottled water, towels were missing on arrival, and the room had mosquitoes with an empty repellent. The bed linen was also in poor condition. We had to request basic essentials multiple times. The unresponsive service and lack of basic hospitality made the experience frustrating. For the price charged, the quality of service and facilities was unacceptable. I will not return or recommend this place to anyone.

This place has a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way to see that we are comfortable. We love the rooms and the air conditioning has been amazing. The proximity to the food cannot be beaten. I cannot stress enough how wonderful our stay has been. Thank you Thaiyaba for blessing us!

The rooms had an excellent fan and a/c unit. The bathrooms were very clean. Reception was very nice and helped us with anything we needed, even giving us dining and transportation suggestions.

We had a wonderful stay at Tristar! The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The entire experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Excellent value with very clean, simple rooms with AC and wifi. in the heart of Selaiyur, near Tambaram. walkable distance from restaurants. Great service. Very professional, friendly and responsive staff. Beautiful terrace to enjoy the morning sunrise, cool breeze and yoga. In a quiet, residential neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Chennai so far. The staff were very caring and accomodating for my needs and managed to help me organise transport to my next location. Highly recommend for kind and thoughtful service that makes you feel like family.
