Trident Hotel Chennai

I spent a layover of 26 hours in the hotel. I liked the architecture and the interior, a mixture of old and modern. Gym is full of devices, nearly a swimming pool in a very nice garden. |Food was amazing. I had the buffet at dinner. |A huge number of options, with many local choices as well. |The kind waiter Tarim, offered me to taste the local bread, just made and still warmed. It was delicious.|Very nice experience. I will come back.

I stayed here just one night on a transit through Chennai, and it was perfect for my needs. It is an excellent hotel, and truly embodies 5 star service. A few small things went wrong, but they were quickly fixed with excellent customer-focused service. The breakfast was really excellent - lots of choice. I also enjoyed the ample benefits of a Club Room reservation including afternoon tea and cocktail hour, plus late check out and airport transfers. The pool was a treat (although the day I happened to be there was afflicted by noise and dust from workmen). The spa has a lovely atmosphere, but I wasn't a fan of the treatment itself. Overall, I was absolutely delighted with my stay, and it helped ease the inconvenience of a very long and disjointed international flight home.

Excellent service and customer care.||Abhijit and Kaustav Kumar have taken care of us during our stay.||We dined in Cinnamon and SOUMDRA. Both offered good delicious foods. Spa facility was excellent. Transfers service and front desk staff took extra care of us.

Had a short overnight stay at Trident Chennai yesterday, and in just 9 hours, they delivered a level of service that truly stood apart. From arranging airport pickup--knowing I was traveling alone with two kids--to accommodating a last-minute request for an extra bed, every detail was handled seamlessly. Every interaction--from the telephone desk to the reception, restaurant team, and housekeeping--was exceptional. I casually mentioned a minor shower issue (more as a note for the plumbing team than a complaint) to Sohini, and soon after, I received a thoughtful email from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. When it comes to service and hospitality, Trident Chennai outshines even some of the most renowned hotel brands. Truly impressive!

Excellent service and assistance provided at the breakfast buffet.||Adhithya and Molly were amazingly friendly and super professional. Definitely I give them a five stars.||The food and all the staff are really good in their jobs. I'm super satisfied !!!

One of the best 5 Star Hotel in Chennai. It's a stone throwing distance from Airport Boundaries. The Hotel Architecture is quite old but it's timeless & classic. Rooms a little clutter & very less movement space. Feeling are like old only. New renovation suggest. Food is good. Service are fine. Great Landscape at rear of the property.

The trident hotel was a pleasant stay whilst I overstayed for a night .. the restaurant is amazing and food is exceptional.. crew Ram Lakhan and Pritam were absolutely amazing , kind and helpful. I always look forward to come to the property as people are extremely kind and gentle. Thank you

The food was fantastic and variety of dishes . The service of Aditya and Karan was extraordinary . Live music was soothing to the ears . The ambience is wonderfully and pleasant. On the whole a nice place to have dinner with family. Nice experience
