Rooms: The rooms themselves are good--spacious and comfortable. However, the bathrooms leave much to be desired. They are poorly maintained, and basic amenities like soap and dental kits are not provided. This lack of attention to detail significantly detracts from the overall experience.Service: The service was disappointing. The staff seemed to lack proper training in customer service. They imposed numerous conditions on everything, making the stay feel restrictive and uncomfortable. Their attitude suggested a lack of care for guest satisfaction, which is a critical aspect of hospitality.Check-in and Check-out: The check-in and check-out processes were particularly frustrating. The staff was very strict about the times and did not offer any flexibility. They repeatedly called and disturbed us, even when we needed just a few extra minutes. This lack of understanding and rigidity is not what one expects from a good hotel.Extra Bed: We requested an extra bed and were charged for it, which is standard practice. However, the bed provided was in poor condition--it was stinky, and the staff member who brought it did not even bother to prepare it for us. This level of service is unacceptable and speaks volumes about the management's priorities.Overall Experience: While the rooms were okay, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The management needs to address several issues, from improving bathroom amenities and maintenance to providing proper customer service training for their staff. Additionally, they should reconsider their rigid policies on check-in and check-out times and ensure extra services, like additional beds, meet basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.In summary, my stay was marred by poor service and inadequate facilities, and I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The staffs behaviour and room are really good but there are no basic facilities like hot water, dental kit, tea or coffee. There are no nearby shops available except for tasmac. Kindly do not pay before confirming all the basic facilities availability in any hotels for that matter. They want us to have bath in another room now if we want hot water. Once you pay the amount in advance you have to go through all these situations.

Staffs are good but of no use when there is no basic facilities like hot water and dental kit. In their website, Agoda and etc they have mentioned all non sense but other than the room nothing is available. Waste of money they don't give even tea at our cost also. There are no shops nearby except for a tasmac. Please do not believe the reviews given by others. Kindly check and confirm the basic before making the payment we saw the rooms and bathroom it was clean so we paid the amount. The want us to use the bathroom of another room to have shower. Have never seen such hotels earlier

The hotel may be good or bad, but the way they handled my booking is completely unprofessional. To be honest, the hotel is good, the room was nice with a chair & table, most importantly the property is on the main road and that's the main reason I booked this property for my long 5 days stay in Chennai. But as soon as I reached, the experience turned from good to bad. During check-in they mentioned, they have some scheduled maintenance for the AC, and the AC will not work from the next day of my stay up to the next 3 days. If so, why the hell did you receive my booking & asked repeatedly for making the payment prior to my arrival? Why is it even listed online to be booked for those specific days? The money is paid & when I arrived after a tiring travel, you started spitting out all the problems to my face, and asking me to move to another property which doesn't have a chair and table, location wise far from the main road etc etc.... As it was a travel for work, you should understand how much importance a chair and table makes. Even though the hotel is good, the way they managed my booking made my experience very bad, stressful and a complete inconvenience.

Waste of money!! No proper basic amenities like air condition and hot water!! Room service guy doesn't know anything!! Simply waste!!

My stay at TIA Hotels had its ups and downs. Upon check-in, there was an issue with the room readiness, and in one of the rooms, amenities were lacking, necessitating multiple calls for cleaning during our stay. It wasn't communicated that we needed to hand over the key for room cleaning, resulting in two days in an unclean room. Additionally, the AC and TV had some issues. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food quality was good. The room itself was spacious, albeit with some maintenance issues. One area for improvement would be the owner's interaction with staff in front of guests; it should be done more politely. Overall, with a few adjustments, TIA Hotels could provide an even better experience for its guests.

This hotel is not suitable for Family stay. Try near by Hotels. Because they won't change linen and all everytime. Try avoid of infections and all. Also the manager who there is literally a idiot, don't fit for this role. He denied for linen change and all. Said they change every alternative days, which is made us panic to stay. So we checked out after seeing the bed spread
