Firstly, name of the hotel isn't displayed anywhere. Looks like a normal residential apartment from outside, but it's a proper hotel kind. The front desk staff, too unfriendly. We had paid for 2ppl occupancy, but without even seeing it properly, claimed we paid only for one, saying additional charges will apply. It used to be a good experience, but off late, not great. Bed with cockroaches. The standard checkout was 11am (they dint inform during check in). I wasn't aware of it, my bad. They called to the room at 11.30 and said I have to leave immediately as it's already 11.30am. I asked for 30mins which they agreed saying SHARP 12 I must leave. And again he did his job perfectly calling at sharp 12pm. However, to a customer, it doesn't sound good. And the hotel is completely empty (atleast the floor that I stayed), having said that, an extra 15mins won't do any harm. They should train their staffs to give a better experience to their customer.

Hotel and foods are good! I was staying in this hotel for 7 to 8 months. Mr . Arun was really good and helpful whenever we wanted something. All the staff were good too.

Decent stay if you're on a budget. The location is great (10-min walking distance from Ashok Nagar metro station). However hotel staff are too slow to cater to your needs. The locker safe wasn't working, despite asking it to get repaired multiple times.

Treebo Varp Ashok Nagar: Decent Stay, Good Value Stayed here recently. Rooms were clean and comfy, staff was friendly. Location's pretty good, easy to get around. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy. Wi-Fi was a bit iffy at times. Overall, good value for the price if you're looking for a budget-friendly option in Chennai. Would recommend if you're not expecting luxury.

The location of this property is amongst a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by all the best restaurants. The room was clean, aesthetically pleasing and super comfortable with a TV, wifi, kettle, heater, AC and a clean bed. It was a positive space to step into. Has ample parking space. Provides complimentary breakfast which was well served. Highly recommend it !

You cannot identify the hotel from outside as no name sign placed. Toilet seat was broken. On asking to repair it, Reception person told that maintenance person didn't turn up hence we cannot repair it. Breakfast comes from outside. Breakfast start time is 8.0 AM, but had to ask to serve it and finally got idly and tea at 8.10 AM. Breakfast items were still getting arranged in serving counters. Overall just OK. No customer orientation by staff.

It's very clean room and the staff were helpful especially the in-charge Anand. He goes over and above his regular duties to help. He helped me communicating with the locals in Tamil over the phone as I didn't understand Tamil. Also I had to do a day trip to visit a place 80 kms from Chennai, Anand has checked with the locals and arranged a good taxi at a reasonable price. He is very friendly person.

Never ever try to book this Hotal if you're travelling with a taxi driver or a tour package. They never treat drivers as a human been. No space for drives wash room or bath . If u book this Hotal services is poor also.
