From guest staying here right now - HORRIBLE hotel. AVOID even if offered free. Staying here right now and real experience- hot water not working, lift not working, dirty linen and sheets..etc etc. Manager/ supervisor doesn't care. Shrugs shoulder and continues on mobile phone. TREEBO should immediately de-register this property to preserve their name

Worst hotel, rooms have lot of cockroaches, many times lifts and AC NOT working Don't pay advance as NO refund will be given back if you discontinue to stay.... Management is very adamant and dont solve your house keeping issues inspite of repeated complaints

Staff behaviour very worst...... Room invoice not provided.....

My review after 2 night's stay: Positive: Nice & Pleasant staff. Complimentary breakfast. Negative: AC stops working at night (around 1am) due to stabilizer issue (in most of their rooms). As a backup, they have one small ceiling fan placed between 2 single cots, which tries it's best to do its job. Food taste (Breakfast) is average. Hygiene needs improvement.

The rooms were clean and well ventilated. Beds were good. Aircon and hot water were great. More than anything else - Mr Thomas made the difference. His ever smiling and helpful nature made my stay more pleasurable. Certainly a great place to stay.

Good Place to stay. I stayed here for two weeks. It has good parking space. There are two banquet halls. Rooms are good with AC facility, free wifi, 24/7 water facility. Free breakfast provided by hotel. The hospitality and people also good. Overall it is satisfactory.

Very clean rooms and exceptional service around the clock. Especially people like Vinoth are an asset to the hotel. Very hospitable and courteous Staff. Have been regular here from Nov and have had great experience every time. This will be my favourite place to stay in Chennai
