Treebo Rithikha Inn Elite

Well, our stay here was good but in comparison to the other treebo experience the room seemed way smaller. Other than that we found everything to be good. Staff is helpful except for at breakfast when it's supposedly a buffet but there was person serving and he said we asked for extra idli considering my baby of 15months he said he couldn't do so but after sometime he got us the extra idli. Anyhow, overall experience was okay. Reception staff is very helpful. So not a completely terrible experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an extremely disappointing experience. It does not deserve to be rated as a 3-star hotel, in my opinion. The hotel is located in a very remote area, making it difficult to access. The rooms are below average, with basic amenities that do not meet the expectations set by the hotel's rating. What troubled me the most was the lack of concern for security. I ordered food through Swiggy, and the delivery boy was allowed to enter my room without permission. This is highly unacceptable, especially since I was staying with my family. There was no respect for privacy or safety, and the management and reception staff seemed completely unconcerned about this issue. I would not recommend this hotel for families or anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. There are far better options available.

Rooms are for 2 but please check everything is working I am wditing the service stars as they are not providing correct menu to all the visitors

It's an average budget hotel. The room was unaesthetic, brightly lit with a white tubelight and wasn't a warm yellow that I would have liked. I was getting bitten by mosquitoes and bed bugs all night. The bathroom looked dirty and unhygienic. The AC worked really well. The TV didn't work at all. They had tea coffee sachets and a water heater as well. The doors have a key card. The free breakfast was great - a little pongal, one idli, one puri, some sambar and chutney and a sheera in a big thali, but there was no communication if you could ask for a refill or not. Checkin and checkout was hassle free. The location is very residential and not easy to find unless you have maps.

I had a decent experience with this hotel for my short 2 day stay. It has the bare minimum and meets what you'd expect at the price range. The staff at the breakfast are very friendly and you get a decent South Indian meal and coffee/chai for the complimentary breakfast on the 4th floor. No other food options and you will have to Swiggy/Zomato for other meals. Overall an okay stay for its price as a solo man.

Didn't really loved the experience, it has all basic things but the service is too bad as I kept on requesting for towels and I had to wait a whole day to get a towel. Decent place to stay but it is not worth for the price that they were charging.

Rooms are decent with all amenities. Just a bit smaller in size. Spacious diminished area. Location is good from trade centre.

Raju, the Front Office Manager, is highly professional and efficient. He ensures smooth check-ins and check-outs, always with a welcoming attitude. His prompt handling of guest inquiries and attention to detail make him an asset to the hotel.
