Treebo Nestlay Casa, Chennai

I stayed here for one long day during my trip to Chennai for the US visa biometric process. The location was really convenient--close to the VAC center and Egmore station. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which made it easy to rest in between appointments. The staff were polite and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a good spot for a short, no-fuss stay in the city.

I was satisfied with the accommodation for a low budget place. I couldn't get any water out of the shower but my stay was short enough that I just skipped it. Nice and quiet, sugar cane juice stand across the lane and a short walk or tuktuk to Egmore museums.

rooms were clean, toilet needs facelift and cleanliness, A/c was good, location near Egmore station was very helpful, over all stay was comfortable. It is very comfortable for single traveler

This room smells like a chicken farm .. seriously first time such a bad experience in treebo. Rooms and bathrooms maintained badly. Phone not working. towels for 2 are not kept and waiting for it even after went to reception and told to provide. toiletries are given in hand from reception instead of keeping it in the room. Below is my friend review I had a bad experience at the hotel. The service was poor, and I had to ask for basic things multiple times. The mat and washroom were not clean, and the room was also not clean. The room was a partition of a big living room, and I could see light coming through cracks in it. The TV didn't work, and the reception area smelled bad. When we entered the room, it also had a bad smell. The receptionist was not helpful or friendly when we had questions. The food wasn't great, and there was no one to help at the pantry area. Overall, I was really disappointed.

This Hotel very nice and staf is very kindly persons and AM Vicky sir very cool and all problems solved...... Morning breakfast awesome and tasty near by egmore station and merina beach this 4th tym my frds and family stay 24 hours customer handling....

Room is superb but u want hot water waiting for bath because it's instant gisar except all good

The rooms are clean and well maintained. The parking was very congested in a small lane. And the breakfast was very bad which is not at all worth.
