Excellent stay for family: Property location is near to tambaram bus stop/station. Complimentary breakfast is really good. Receptionist Satish and Alrifa were very polite and helped us for our questions. Managers Jeyaprakash and Partipan were polite and provided good hospitality.

The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, offering a relaxing stay. The workstation was ideal for productivity, and the luxurious bathrooms were spotless. The friendly staff went above and beyond, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel. Nothing was as advertised. The room looked completely different from what was shown on the website. The food was terrible, and to make things worse, there was only one switch controlling all the lights in the room, with no night lamp at all! If you need hot water for a shower, be prepared to call the reception at least 4-5 times before they even bother to send someone. Basic amenities like towels, dental kits, and other essentials, which should be standard in any hotel room, were not provided unless you specifically asked for them. The service was shockingly poor, and the staff seemed totally indifferent to guest needs. To make matters even more frustrating, after checkout, I received a call claiming that items like a hanger were missing from the room! It's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. My advice: if you're unlucky enough to stay here, take a video of the entire room when you arrive, or they might try to charge you for things you didn't take. In short, this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and think twice before booking a room here.

It's a moderately good place to stay. They provide tasty, clean, unlimited and healthy breakfast to the staying guests. Within a km from Tambaram East Bus Stand and Railway Station, close to Madras Christian College, Tambaram on Tambaram-Velachery Main Road. Almost all locations and spots are accessible from this Hotel. It is better and much cheaper to avail the electric train services and city bus services; if you need a little comfort, you will easily get auto and taxi services easily. My recent 3 days' stay at this Place was quite comfortable considering middle class life style.

MY FRIEND REFEREED ME THIS HOTEL HE SAID IT IS GOOD BUT HONESTLY I DIDNT EXPECTED THIS TO BE THIS MUCH GOOD REALLY A WONDERFUL PLACE TO CHILL HERE WITH FRIENDS , PERFECT AMBIANCE PERFECT VIBE PERFECT STAFF EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOTEL IS AWESOME.

The room is well maintained and clean. The AC is well functioning as well as the TV. The bathroom had the basic amenities and toiletries, but the addition of a dental kit could be good, considering the price at which the room is given. Another area for improvement is the behavior of the reception staff, who are a bit casual in their approach towards the customer, probably because of their inexperience.

I had booked a room for my parents who are senior citizens as they were travling and had a connecting flight from Chennai and this happened to be a so called good hotel as treebo is a reputable chain of hotels. Despite them checking early in the morning on the day of their check out they were met with poor service, no service, no hot water in the rooms, no proper breakfast and poorly maintained hotel. When my parents told them that there's no hot water, nobody even bothered to come and check. The only positive thing about the rooms were clean washrooms.

Good location. Rooms were bit smaller and there were mosquitoes. Service was ok.
