It is good transit hotel for stay near airport. Room Service is excellent. People in reception and service were very supportive, active and well mannered... Rooms are quite good and furnished... However quality of bathroom floor/tiles needs to be upgraded for a better look, standard and feeling...it is a good hotel for family stay... However surrounding location is not upto the mark as expected... The hotel as promised gave a complementary drop to airport... Foods are cheap but of good quality..

Had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout. Their warm hospitality made the experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting. Will visit again!

Female solo traveller, arrived late night and was apprehensive abt taking a cab. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, got me a complementary aiport shuttle. The room was worth the money - clean and has safety locks. The complementry breakfast next day was simple but every item was delicious!! The only drawback was the location. It was quite a way off the main road and qould have been hard to find in my own

One of the best hotel located just 3 kms from Chennai Airport. Complimentary pickup and drop available with breakfast. Would surely recommend to book your stay with Golden Swan Pammal by Treebo. Service and the taste of food is awesome.

Ah, what can I say about this place. It doesn't feel enough. It's just a normal place, but it has peak hospitality. Some world class hotels I've stayed in don't offer this sort of warmth and kindness. I was travelling alone with a 2 month old baby at the last minute. Couldnt find any hotel that was in my budget. Luckily I found this Treebo, and it was the biggest stroke of luck. My baby was terribly fussy after a flight, and they were empathetic to my plight and that of my baby. They made me a plate for breakfast, offered milk for him, opened up the convention hall to give me some privacy to feed the baby since my room wasn't ready. They got my room ready so quickly and once I was there, we're kind enough to bring my food deliveries to my room so that I don't have to walk up and down with my baby. Objectively, the rooms are clean, the service is top notch, the place smells good and the men in the hotel are wonderful people. I'm so sold on Treebo after this experience.

The room was small but comfortable. Had some fungus on my pillow. Breakfast was very basic. I stayed only one night. The Staff is friendly and the offer a free airport transfer.

Had a terrible experience of one day stay at the hotel. Room was full of mosquitoes and we have to struggle whole night with them. Cleanliness was also very poor with fallen hairs spread all over the floor. Bed sheets and bed covers very dirty with spots on it. Need a lot of improvement even to match service standards of a 3 star hotel.
