Townhouse OAK Klase Hotels

I stayed at Townhouse OAK Klase Hotels. The bathroom was very small and the room was not cleaned well. The price was too high for what they offer. But the good part is that it's very close to the bus and railway stations. The staff was okay. Overall, the location is good, but they need to improve cleaning and lower the price.

That glad grandpa is the cheapest guy... ||I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was not clean at all--there were stains on the carpet, dust on the furniture, and a terrible smell when I walked in. The bathroom was also dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly. The staff were unprofessional and rude; they didn't respond when I asked for help and seemed uninterested in solving any issues. On top of that, the air conditioner wasn't working, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and there was constant noise from other rooms and outside. I couldn't sleep well because of all the disturbance. The food at the restaurant was cold and tasteless, and definitely not fresh. Overall, the service and quality were far below expectations, and the price was not at all worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had the best experience ||I had a wonderful experience at Klase Hotel, Chennai. The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers all the modern amenities you'd expect from a premium hotel. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, making my stay truly comfortable. A special mention to Ms. Yalini for her outstanding hospitality and dedication. She went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, making my visit memorable. ||I highly recommend Klase Hotel to anyone visiting Chennai for business or leisure. Looking forward to staying here again!

Good place to stay. Food is tastier. Staff very co operative. Appreciate efforts of Mrs. Chithra and team,in serving customers. Prime location, easy access to metro. Would recommend for nice stay at Chennai. Good. Very neat and clean. Calm and cool.and they have Heights rooftop restaurant and inhouse bar also... They served wonderful food... It's feeling like home... All the staffs are helping and handling with smiling face... Totaly I feel like home... Thanks for entire team...

My stay in klase hotel it's very pleasant. The staff in female receptionist Ms yalini |Were incredible friendly and accommodating Going above and beyond to ensure,we had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect. And the major attraction with easy access to public transport.

Good service. Cooperative and humble staff. Excellent food. |Is at the center of Chennai where airport is nearby. Also guindy metro station is at a walking distance from here. Well connected place from any part of chennai. Night shift staff as well as front desk staff is good.

The stay was wonderful....room and restroom are neat and clean... Fresh smell comes When I am entering in side the room... Thanks for all housekeeping staff for maintaining rooms always fresh... Room service also good... The complimentary breakfast was very nice... Inhouse restaurant is fine... Very easy to find the location...

Great service, very nice and cooperative staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Very good front desk staff. Ms. Yalini, Mr. Hemnath, Ms. Chitra and Ms. Anu are very helpful and doing their jobs to perfection. I will recomend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
