Nice new hotel. Staff just getting used to hi-tech travellers who Book via portals like Goibibo. Only Managers or Higher level people can check one in. Credit card payment just started. Neat, just enough space in rooms. I stayed in Single room which had two beds. Tariff was same direct from hotel Rs.1500 plus tax per day Vs Goibibo offer with hyped discounts (Net Rs.3121 for 2 days). Breakfast and WiFi included. Room has basic amenities but all that one needs for 1-2 days. WiFi strength was good. A/C and TV are basic models and adequate. Only problem is location. About 3 km inside from main GST Road at Pallavaram and so the distance to train or bus is difficult to reach by walk. Ola made good money from me atleast 3 trips per day.

I booked this hotel on the morning of 24 th August through OYO app and prior to that I called the hotel to confirm that if I book the hotel will they allow early check in. The hotel staff informed me that I have to pay extra for early check-in.||||I said ok and then booked this hotel but after reaching the hotel at 6.40 am the hotel staff told me that I can stay only from 6.40 am to 11 am i.e. only for 4 hours 20 minutes. My booking is for whole day and I said I am willing to pay extra for early check-in as spoken on phone.||||But he was like either you stay or leave and so I said ok since I was already tired after my flight journey from Kolkata to Chennai. The room was new and the bed was comfy but there is no water in the bathroom. So I called the staff and he asks us to wait till 10 am. ||||I was infuriated and asked him to change our room but he informed us there is no vacant room. I then asked him to refund my money so after talking to some one he gives us another room. Again exactly at 11 am I receive a call from the lady receptionist asking us to check out immediately.||||I informed her that I already paid for 2 days since I extended the stay for another day but she tells me that since the booking id is different we have to check out and check in once again at 2 pm. So we came out of the room with our luggage and waited for 1 hour before we are alloted a new room.||||After this I did not face any problems. Their complimentary breakfast is good and consisted of puri with choley curry, idly and bread & jam. Also their room service is good. I loved the food which is delivered from their other hotel Saibala Grand.
