Worst service from oyo. I booked the room 2 days back, while booking the customer care person said, in this property 15+ rooms are free. You can get an early morning check in. so I booked the room and reached the hotel at 6.30am. But the property manager said, we don't have any rooms for early morning check in. You can go somewhere and come back after 10am. I even had a meeting at 9am in my client place. so I called customer care, they are not responding properly. I called 5 times. I spent nearly 1 hr for this process. But no use, the property manager did not allow me inside the hotel. and the CC also did not respond. I posted this issue at 7 am on Twitter. I got the solution after 12 pm. Just imagine their service. Really worst ever service from oyo in recent days. I didn't get my money back as well.

This hotel is non existent and there is a different hotel at the same place now. Instead of getting shocked after reaching the location avoid booking this itself in the first place. Oyo does not inform you the same and please do not get cheated by paying advance money to Oyo. Given the pathetic customer care at Oyo it takes a lot of effort to get the money refunded as well. Inspite of repeated calls to Oyo, they cheated and initiated refund only for a paltry amount(which might just be enough for the customer care call charges) after deducting some hidden charges for Oyo wizard activation etc... Lessons learnt from this - Avoid booking any hotels through Oyo
I reached the Hotel by 11:30 AM and they asked me to wait until 12PM for check in. Thank god, due to bus delay, I have reached by 11:30 and otherwise I am supposed to reach by 8:00 AM. I requested for 30 Minutes early check in and reception guy and Owner talking for how much I got the Hotel booking, if it is more I can get early check in. They were also in Phone call and arguing with customer care of OYO (They were in call before i reached there) regarding less prices. Overall, the check in Exp was NOT good. OYO need to have proper terms and Conditions with Hotel. 12PM check in does not work in real time scenario.
Very very worst experience, paid partial amount and booked a room for myself, over phone the customer care executive told balance 825 this be paid while check in and they showed me a double bedroom , while check in they told to pay 1050 and the partial payment which I paid did not reflecting there, so I paid 1050 and i went to room, which was single occupancy, the room was 6x10 very dirty bed sheets and pillow cover , i asked to replace those with washed one, they didn't change those, very very worst disgusting experience. Only bathroom were ok. Please don't select this hotel, no value for money
Please do not waste your time. The receptionist at the hotel asks for a rate that is double that of the rate advertised in OYO or any online sites. The receptionist is not willing to show the room for the full price too. Previous guests of the hotel were complaining about the quality of service..
The lowest the one star so giving that... These guys are cheating not running a hotel properly...they are taking customers through Oyo by giving low price or discounts. When u arrive the hotel,the guy named asirvadham who claimed he is the owner and he talk very rude and deny room or ask us to pay extra or talk to the Oyo where u booked we are not responsible for the room.we don't have rooms i don't know who are u and booked room through Oyo means they will answer u in mid night or early morning without concerning about the customers just concern about looting extra money... And the property is unclean it's not worth a 200 rupees a day... So don't entertain this guys... Avoid them...
Worst experience from the hotel and Oyo. Please don't use the Oyo app. After booking got confirmed and amount is paid they are denied check-in in first hotel. Oyo transferred me to this hotel stating they confirmed the booking with the manager. But worst thing is they denied check-in here as well after visiting that hotel. When I called Oyo customer care they cut the call abruptly.
Very worst My kind advice to people who is booking this hotel, Both App and This hotel is fraud, They won't accept your booking even if you are Paid in Booking app, They will ask for Double charge and They won't provide a proper room. If you try to contact the app means then there will be no reply in that booking app.... These kind of Fraud hotels and Apps should be punished. They will see money only not the customer voice... My kind advice to all Don't even book this hotel......
