Thiviyam Airport Hotel

First thing this is not a thiviyam hotel, its registration name under saibala hotel, 2nd its not a family hotel staff are not trained on the shift they are drunked. They don't know how to talk, if you order from room service they will serve without cover, which are not hygienic. If u order drink at bar they won't give u mixtures, u have to buy soda bottle. I bought cigarette packed from bar they didn't gave me bill along with alcohol bill, i asked for check but they ignore it, after that i paid that amount what they said. I asked for late checkout till 4pm even managers also don't know about it, they said there are no policy for late check out, you have to pay full day, i request them if u don't know about late check out, charge half day i will pay for it, same was denied by manager. After that i paid for 2000 for late checkout.. I was just shocked, i paid that much money for that kind of ridiculous hotel, its like a lodge. . No cleanliness no hospitality no service no well trained staff.

Nice and clean hotel good ambience and staffs are very freindly and helpful ....
