I had a great stay in this room! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The bed was super comfortable--I slept like a baby. Wi-Fi was fast, which was perfect for remote work. The location was quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The host was friendly and responsive to all my questions. It felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Let me share my recent experience about this stay Room : Size wise it's very small. Entire appartment or room will not match to the pics they send or even listed on other websites. Their main entrance itself is closed & only a small side entrance will be available Service : if google provides a option to give a negative rating, this Thithir homes deserves it. They won't even clean the stairs, can literally smell urine on d pathway. There's no difference between AC or Non-Ac, bcoz AC won't work in any rooms. If u question, they have local people to come & threaten us. Electricity will trip if u plug in a laptop. Location : They don't have car parking. It located in a very risky place. Not suitable for family. Even a bachelor will think twice to stay here I recently booked 13 Rooms promising for a clean & neat stay. But not even 1 single room has a clean ambience. Bed spreads r very bad. They don't change bedsheets. Worst smell when u enter the room. They don't have iron box, kettle or any basic needs. They say only couples & family are allowed & not bachelor's. I have literally spent 30k for 13 rooms & made all my guests suffer the whole night. There is this lady who has a rude husband & a old women who doesn't know how to treat guests. This guy literally attacked my guests for demanding a change of bedspreads & room spray. As a groom I had to come in the midnight to solve the problem. So be cautious b4 booking. I rate 0/5

Thithir homes provides one of the best home like experience stay. Owner and house keeping staff are very courteous and will listen to your needs. Overall experience was very nice and I will recommend this place for a comfortable stay for couples and families.

Worst experience ever.I have booked rooms for my friends who have 2yrs baby.they checked in at night room was stinky with no proper bed sheet and pillow cover when they went and complained nobody was there to solve the issue my frnd kid even got severe skin rashes all over body bcz of the room.wasted money and risked my friend son health too.
