I had a wonderful stay at The Viva Grand for a night. The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay. A special mention to Miss Rasika at the reception, who was exceptionally kind and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making my experience even more pleasant. The hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The entire team was welcoming and professional, with a special mention to the Executive Director, Ms. Bharkavi, whose friendly nature and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. She genuinely values customer relationships and ensures every guest feels at home. The hotel is brand new, and everything from the rooms to the amenities reflects that freshness. The bathroom, bath accessories, wardrobe, locker, and overall room setup were extraordinary--offering both comfort and elegance. Located in a peaceful and silent neighborhood, it's perfect for families as well. One unique feature I really appreciated was their flexible check-in policy. Unlike most hotels that restrict check-in to 12:00 PM, The Viva Grand allows you to check in at any time, which is a big plus for travelers. The South Indian packed breakfast, delivered right to your room at your preferred time, is another highlight. They also ensure your water bottles are refilled with filtered water regularly, a thoughtful touch not seen in many places. Parking space is ample, and for daily needs, there are supermarkets, medical stores, and popular restaurants like A2B and Hot Chicken nearby. In terms of accessibility, Chinnamalai Metro Station is just around the corner, and Rapido cabs are readily available from the hotel area. In short, whether you're on a business trip or a family vacation, THE VIVA GRAND is peaceful, convenient, and comfortable stay with top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Over all everything is okay. But, Room and bed is very small. Room fare looks costly as we can go for better room for this price. Moreover, brush and paste wasn't provided for this price.

Newly opened property with very good service! Very close to the metro. Highly recommended for a stay that's value for money! Will visit again :)
