Absolutely Horrendous Experience - Do NOT Stay Here If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands-down the worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed in some pretty basic places before. Where do I even begin? First, the AC wasn't working, and it felt like I was trapped in a sauna. The heat was unbearable, and the tiny fan provided did absolutely nothing to help. I was sweating all night, tossing and turning, only to wake up to another nightmare - bed bugs. Yes, BED BUGS. My whole body is swollen and itchy from the bites, and it's absolutely disgusting. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. And let's talk about the cleanliness - or rather, the lack of it. The room reeked of a foul, musty odor that hit me the moment I stepped in. It smelled like a combination of dampness, stale air, and who-knows-what. The sheets were dirty, the floors hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long, and the bathroom was downright revolting. Mold, grime, and hair everywhere. I felt like I needed a shower just from being in there - except, surprise, even the shower was gross and barely worked. This hotel is an absolute health hazard. It's unhygienic, poorly maintained, and downright disgusting. If you care about your health, your sanity, or just basic human decency, stay FAR away from this place. Spend your money somewhere - anywhere - else. Sleeping in your car would honestly be a better option. I'm shocked this place is even allowed to operate. Zero stars. Never again.

We stayed there for three days in room number 105. The room was not as same as seen in the promotional pictures. No kettle was provided only tea bag and sugar was available. Fan regulator was not working. There is no city view from the room as mentioned in the promotion. Rooms space was not sufficient, cupboards didn't have hangers. Ac was not working properly. Washroom was not clean, exhaust fan was not working, the taps were rusted, the wash basin had cracks. Car parking is only for 4 cars.

I booked this 2 weeks prior to my check in day. On check in day they said to my FACE that all rooms are full. I had to keep my luggage in the bad restaurant they have. And with my wife had to wait long and then decided to go out for my work. On returning I got a small corner room which had bed bugs and no wifi. Never book the property. Don't be fooled by images.

Very small rooms, AC dones not work, water is yellowish. Bad experience. Breakfast start time was 8.30 am but actually started at 9 am and kids were not given any breakfast. I had to share my plate with them.

DISGUSTING STAY!!! DON'T EVER COME HERE AND REGRET! The only advantage of this place is ttdc boarding point is opposite to the hotel. I booked this place as I was traveling through ttdc and they suggested this place because it is close to the boarding point. Stay here if you want your patience to be tested. Annoying staff. Absolutely disgusting bathroom and unhygienic toilet. They gave me a room with a key that was not working. And I had to depend on the hotel staff to open the door with their master key. The hotel staff asked me not to lock the door from outside because it gets locked and need to be opened from the master key. Worst class hotel for the money I paid.

Experience was not good. We reached hotel early by 2hrs so the manager told to wait or to pay 200 per hour. As soon as we entered the room fan and tv was not working.

Not well maintained. Dust all over the room. Stinky rooms and floor. Bed and pillows were dirty.

Very bad experience as it lacks parking lot,room service.rooms doesn't have ventilation,AC is not conditional.rooms are stinking.washrooms are not tidy either.overall not recommended.not worth money.
