Had a wonderful stay! The food was excellent, and the staff was warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Johir from housekeeping--he was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommended. The proximity from US Embassy is also good.

My wife and I stayed at Park during our trip to the U.S. consulate. Consulate is right next to it but not walkable as there is a busy highway that needs to be crossed. The rooms were very basic and felt more like a good three star motel, especially considering the $120 price we paid. The staff were good but didn't seem welcoming and probably it's just the people at the reception. Later we found someone who helped us get a printout and gave us details about food places. Unfortunately, we mistakenly booked the room for just one person, and the front desk charged an additional $20 to account for the second guest. We were told that this charge would also cover breakfast for both of us. However, the next morning, only one of us was listed for breakfast, and despite explaining the situation, they couldn't allow both of us to eat. As we were in a hurry, we ended up skipping breakfast altogether. Unfortunately, my whole experience felt like I'm standing in an Indian government office requesting things rather than a hospitality facility I paid for.

Overall the saty was nice. I love the food at 601. And it was great.|Ms sujeeta at the reception was really helpful. Mr. Iqbal and indra were good to me during my checkout. It was a really great stay. |Would like to visit again in the future to the park

Well I had a very delightful experience in The Park. I am really impressed by the services in hotel. The location is very good near to US consulate and ambience is very nice . Along with luxury the staff is very helpful and kind. Cuisine is very delicious. It is all perfect. And IQBAL really helped us a lot.

We are happy to stay at the park, we reach hotel very early then arrival time hence we had time to connect with the people and had elaborated breakfast at restaurant 601. And met Chamudeeswari she is very good interaction with my family and kidds. And explain about gemini studios to the park. It was so good.

I stayed here from the 9th March to 11th March. The check in process was smooth. The rooms are clean and have good amenities. The breakfast spread is awesome. The swimming pool at Aura is worth a dive during the sunset time, with the music pumping up from 645pm onwards. Overall loved my stay here. I loved the soup options and appreciate the chef accomodating my additional request as well. The online in-room dining experience is up to mark with the status of the order being displayed accurately. Kudos team and keep up the good work! Looking forward to my next visit on 16th March. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They accommodated us well and assisted us with anything we needed. The hotel facilities and rooms were okay. For $70/night including taxes, we were expecting a better-kept room and area. The lobby was honestly one of the nicest parts of the hotel. The pool and gym were maintained but looked old. The room was also very dated and there was rust and grim on the metal taps and drains and the pain jobs were visible on the walls and hallways. Some of the furniture was breaking or bending. The beds were very comfortable and the blackout drapes were perfect. The staff accommodated us with a late checkout and an additional night when we extended our stay.
