We ordered various types of food items from capella restaurant on a couple of occasions and the food turned out to be great here. The level of hygiene maintained packing materials used are also good. The bakery products are also really worth the price. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Chef Marimuthu preparation of carrot halwa &kavuni Arisi halwa was a standout

We recently celebrated our son's first birthday at Hotel Palomar by Crossway, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The entire experience was smooth and memorable. The accommodation was excellent, and our guests were very comfortable throughout the function. The food was absolutely delicious--a big thanks to F&B Manager Mr. Yuvaraj for carefully arranging the menu and ensuring everything was perfect. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Chef Mr. Sherif for his amazing culinary skills that truly impressed everyone. A special mention to Mr. Johnson, the General Manager, who was extremely supportive and ensured the function went off without a hitch. His attention to detail and personal involvement made all the difference. Thank you to the entire team at Hotel Palomar for making our celebration so special. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a family event or celebration!

A lovely boutique hotel with clean spacious rooms. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the head chef and servers were extremely nice. There's also a bar and swimming pool as well as a large terrace. The only downside for me were the tiny bathrooms and the hotel being on a main road with a lot of traffic at times. But it only takes a little over ten mins to go to the beach so it would be ideal for those seeking more beach time. It's a lovely hotel.

This Sweet property is located sideways to ECR Road. Its newly constructed with all essential amenities, if not all. A go cart, flower nursery and a huge parking lot available close proximity to the hotel ( wasn't open during my stay) Hygenicity at best, food been prepared with special touch and well ventilated sitting areas. Thanks to Mr.Vinoth, the receptionist for all prompt services and necessary guidance.||And the best part, very close to Akkrai beach, if interested in morning sunrise..

I brought my family of 10 from Malaysia last February to India. Honestly, staying in this hotel was one of the best part of our trip! We booked this place at the very last minute but we were given a very reasonable price for our stay. After a long journey from Trichy, we reached quite late night. To our surprise, check in process was breezy and we were even given welcome drink. Hospitality is top notch. The rooms were pristine. Breakfast was scrumptious and they have different varieties everyday. Staffs were all friendly. For a 4-star hotel, this place is totally worth it. Special mention to Mr Vinoth, whom really helped us all the way. He truly deserves promotion for his dedication. Thank you so much!

I'm very happy for choosing Palomar by Crossway as my stay when I went to Chennai with my family..The location was very ideal as we had plans to visit VGP marine kingdom and snowkingdom...but otherwise too it's a very accessible location..by the side of ECR(GOOD ACCESS TO UBER AND OLA). Regarding communication skills and behaviour of the staff .we had avery great experience..The receptionist was very helpful and helped us in each and every matter. With respect to the room..we(me ,wife and child) has a very comfortable stay.not too lavish and luxurious ..but met all our requirements ..clean and tidy..well maintained..dust free .well functioning air conditioner..hot water facility available.. Regarding the restaurant..a little on the expensive side,but tasty food and good ambience...staff were very well mannered and cozy in their attitude..Complimentary breakfast buffet was another pick of the itenerary.... On the whole a very good experience ..i recommend this hotel for a stay with your family for a short trip..

Clean, confortable and big rooms. Perfect for a business trip or a family stay. Breakfast buffet is abondant and tasty with the possibility tomorder a la carte. Personnel is very attentive. I didn't have the chance to try the restaurant but the menu looked interesting!

This is really affordable Luxury. The Hotel is fantastically designed and decorated and furnished beautifully. The rooms are immaculate and well appointed. Equally, the staff are freindly and attentive to the guests needs. A really great stay and highly recommended.
