Booked through brevistay. While checkin, a rude guy sitting in reception said rooms cannot be given if booking done through brevistay. When I asked why then booking is allowed, rude guy asked me to contact customer care. After I raised my voice, he agreed to give a room. Very dirty and pathetic room with toilets reminding public toilets. Floor, bed spread, wash rooms, door, window screen etc looked untidy. TV is not working. No drinking water provided. No towels, toiletries are provided. It's better to avoid going here instead of regrets later.

Last week we booked this hotel on Oyo. It shows just 650 I booked. While checkin the asked 800extra. I refused to pay extra. I called Oyo but unable to contact Customer care.oyo and oyo's hotels are scammers. They indirectly blackmailing couples. They treat me as a unmarried couple. Worst staff behaviour. Room not cleaned. This place is not best for human stay. Hotel owner replies to every negative reviews but no action in the hotel may be it's bot reply. We booked for 2nights but we checked out early morning and booked another hotel.

I was staying in room 305 and the AC was not working properly. And whenever I complained to the desk person, he kept on saying that tomorrow the same room 305 has been booked and never changed my room.

We booked in Agoda with full amount prepaid. They denied checkin. They are demanding extra amount and when we ask why, then they are telling go and ask Agoda. But Agoda voucher does not show any extra balance to be given. The reception staff talking rudely and denied checkin. We felt very bad. I have booked hotel for our guest from north India. They asking extra amount on arrival. When we denied, they asked us to ask for Agoda refund and go on roads to search other hotel. The way they are talking was very very rude and we felt that as if they are giving rooms for free. DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR.

It is a Good , posh location to enjoy and Best and biggest all weather pool in Lucknow. there is New setup with lounger refrigerator and microwave inside the rooms and Extra large king size bed with 10 inches mattress for comfort. We found Big and lavish club house on 6th floor and Variety of restaurants nearby hotel. We can Can order food from Swiggy and Zomato while staying at our property

AC rooms for 1200,But very wrost bathroom... No geyser, Nasty worm bucket...Shower is rusted.. No floor mats No towel, soaps are provided. Bedsheets are not cleaned well full of dirt. Overall place is surrounded by smoke. Lots of cigarettes Nasty smell. We're paying 1200, a bucket cost 60-70 they're not having it. In end wrost experience. It's suitable for solo or friends. It's a couple frndly hotel but not advisable to stay with ladies or family. I hope this helps...
