Good spacious, quiet room. Location ok. Parking inside premises. |Improve:|- wifi (very Flimsy). Mobile data also does not work in the room.|- provide normal filtered water on request, instead of mineral bottled water|- no restaurant or room service. Remove room service from phone and website. |- no good places to eat within walking distance. Nearest is near TTD temple.|- ac remote connected to wall. Should be separate to make it easier to operate.|- mirror on the outer side of bathroom door. Dangerous, especially in the night.|- had to carry our luggage to the room. No staff available

Good place to stay at T Nagar. The rooms are in good condition and clean. Only breakfast is available. So for the rest you have to go to nearby restaurants.

Hi If you are staying in Lotus please prefer venkatraman street branch which has all facilities but don't stay in burkit road branch which don't have any facilities.

Visited last week and the experience was really good specially sushi and dimsums are awesome thanks to chef Avishek . Highly recommended.

No one is available at the canteen to take orders. The reception guy is too rude and arrogant. In corporate booking they gave a twin bed instead of a master bed. After complaint he asked to leave the property and not ready ready to share contact number of manager or call. Really worst experience. Reception guy name Arun

Worst Hotel we have ever been. Booked a room for three people and they told us that the third person has to sleep on a mattress on the floor. What is this? I have been in the most expensive hotels in India & in some cheap ones, but they NEVER told me, that someone has to sleep on the floor. Worst manager ever. Bed sheets a dirty, no hot water, water coming from the toilet. Worst manager and worst hotel. Enjoy yourself and go to GRT.

Since Long Many Years I am staying at Lotus Apartments during my business Meetings Since year service at Lotus has Come Down Very less staff to maintain services Reception has very dull service Breakfast is average Other services has come down like few facilities Overall know it has become an average stay at Lotus Apartments .

Worst Experience. The Reception Guy named Arun is very Rude and arrogant. Room- they gave the twin bed (single bed) After complaint he asked to checkout at night 10pm.
