Review for K11 Hotel, T Nagar, Chennai I recently booked a stay at K11 Hotel in T Nagar, Chennai through Booking.com, and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the room we had booked--a spacious accommodation with two king-size beds, a coffee machine, kettle, and other amenities--was not available. Instead, we were given a cramped room with two queen beds, lacking the facilities we had paid for. To make matters worse, the room was unclean, with dirty towels and a smelly toilet. The air conditioning was non-functional, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. When we approached the manager about the situation, we were told that the room we had booked had been given to another family. This is simply unacceptable. How can a hotel prioritize other guests over those who have made a reservation in advance? I am baffled by how this hotel has received a 4.7-star rating. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I question the reliability of Booking.com as a booking platform, as I have never encountered such issues with other sites during my travels. Traveling with individuals of varying ages, we felt poorly treated and discriminated against. I would highly recommend avoiding online bookings at this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and seek accommodations elsewhere.

Excellent VIP welcome. staff very friendly especially the Cafe staff. Very prompt and attentive to customer's demand. Room service was excellent especially their breakfast mini combo. Will recommend this hotel. One disadvantage the slippers bathroom tiles.

Rooms are not in the best condition but service is terrible. We ordered tea one hour later no one delivers. Had to go reception and ask them and they acted like we never ordered. Had problems with the toilet, the water wasn't working and they weren't taking it serious. Very bad management. Fan is moving a-lot in the ceiling too. Hot water not working. Reception does not pick up a lot of the time when calling too.

Hotel staffs a soo much friendly the environment is peace through out the stay. Im happy to choose the Hotel for stay next time.

For the price its excellent and safe for both men and women as solo traveller too ... Manager Ram was very hospitable including others as well . If in a budget u want a place just go for it dude ..i stayed for 5 days without any hiccups .. Thank you k11 ..

While we are coming to Chennai we are coming to this hotel only for the past 10 years because the room are well maintained, services are good & the staff are very kind and polite.

one of the best Hotel and room services of chennai..reception manager and all boys are so good and helpful ..people are so humble and sweet ..very co-operative ..definately gonna visit again..
