The Hydel Park ( Business Class Hotel)

Everything was top notch. I mean it when I write it. Facilities and hospitality as if I'm checking into a five star hotel. Price is very reasonable. Staff is very welcoming. Very clean room. The major problem for most tourist is the unwashed and used blankets but they provided with fresh, clean and hygienic blanket along with a washed up towel. I can't stop appreciating them. Amazing work guys. Especially, if the owner is reading this... please give some raise to the guys on reception, they're doing very amazing work man... they're doing their job more than perfectly. Very warm hospitality and assistance. Truly amazing!

This is a great place to stay in chennai in the medium price range. The rooms are clean and have all the required facilities. The location is also decent, it's near the metro station. It's just inside a small street, so you might have difficulty finding it initially. Good stay for a budget price, would recommend it.

We had a three day stay with family in this hotel. PROS: The staff and the rooms are good. CONS: 1. The con is the location. It is tucked away in a lane and difficult to find. Also the uber refuses to come to pick up. 2. The price felt a bit high for the service.

It was a very nice experience for me and my family .They upgraded our room to a big and double bed room ,a more spacious room we enjoyed .The hotel was clean and had a nice vibe .The staff are very cooperative and friendly and cooperative . Every time they are waiting for help.Family best option they take care of every time. We like it very much thanks to the hotel hydel park team.

It's super close to a metro station, very kind employees. Always happy to help. The rooms and bathroom are not perfectly clean, but for the price it is adjustable. The sheets had some stains, and we saw some insects in the room. But they do their best to solve any issues.

Just 50 meters to metro chennai central station stairs. Very Very clean Room and Bathroom just like home. The staff is very active and cooperative. In all love to visit again with No doubts.

Clean rooms and good service. Very close to Chennai Central and recommend for family for nightly stay before they can catch next train or flight. Hotel staff accommodated with extra bed and complimentary toiletries, dental kit, mineral water. I was skeptical but turned out to be good choice.
