The Hives

This was the corporate stay provided by our company. I had an unpleasant experience during my stay . What made it worse was the behavior of the owner -Asha which was unprofessional and rude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe everyone deserves a safe and respectful environment.

I have stayed here on business trip. Staff is very polite and sincere. Specially care taker Mohan is too good in all aspects.|||There are two Guest houses of Hive's in the same location. One is located in CBI Colony which is not good and not Hygiene. Second one is located in Thiruvalluvar St, Thiruvengadam Nagar, Which is nice and good one||One more thing is there are also accepting personal bookings at reasonable rates. Best option in the surrounding atmosphere.|

Stayed here for couple of weeks for 2 times. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. Don't have much variety of food. Quality of food is below average. Breakfast they will provide orround 7:45 AM. Won't be having much options for breakfast generally they will serve Idli, dosa, paratha, Upma these 4 items only with rotations. Would suggest use this for Stay alone and Have food from Outside.

I travelled with my family in 2nd week ofAugust. This service apartment is located on OMR. ||If I have to be precise I would say its, " Home away from Home". Neat and clean rooms, very polite and helpful staff, can speak and understand Hindi, English and local language. So you wont face communication problem. Food is amazing. Charges are nominal.|I would definitely recommend to travellers.

Loved The Experience With The Guest House. Lived For A Month. Food Is Very Good, Hygienic, n Tasty. Daily Cleaning n Maintenance Was Done. Clothes Washing n Ironing Was Good. Air Conditioning System Is Good. The Caretaker Is Really Good. Overall, One Of The Best Experiences. Would Love To Come Here Again. Ever Memorable Memories....

This is the worst place to stay. Just take a look at the kitchen and washing methods. Management is very cunning. Washing machine is there. But it is not allowed to use. Power backup is there. But always it has mechanical issues. In that case, no Wi-Fi and a/c will work. Every week new staff. Keep your valuables safely. Good luck.

BEWARE! No return of deposit and no response by owners. Have been asking for refund of security deposit for last one year. And they have stopped responding. And they are very rude if you miss to give rent even by a day or two. They shifted my stuff to another room when I was not there. And they even misplaced(stole) some stuff which I didn't raise my concern for. Better look for other places to live. Washing machine they don't let you use Wifis don't work most time Power backups don't work either. And also, OWNERS ARE VERY RUDE.

This is one of the better PGs in this area. It is good if you're going t stay for a few months. If you're planning to stay for a year or so I would suggest you get an apartment. It is a little expensive but they have got good facilities like wifi, tv, ac, fridge, washing machine. P.S. It is VERY DIFFICULT to get a proper rental receipt from here. Probably you won't be able to show that in your tax benefits!
