I had visited with my family 3-4 times for a hotel stay. The staff are really good in receiving the people & also help during right times. Highly recommend others also to avail their services

The place was very neat and Clean. Room was very clean and tidy... Everyone who assisted us were very polite. The dinner we had was worth the money. The complementary breakfast is a must try, it was a next level experience, tasted ultimate.... Gym has free access and a Children's park right next to the hotel Damodharan Sir thank you so much for your care during our stay. Overall a great experience...Thank you...

Room is average,food is good but the front office manager was a man named Mr Prabhu is very irritating. Rather than addressing the concern with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach, the conversation became argumentative and defensive. This behavior is not appropriate for someone in a leadership role and negatively impacts the guest experience. A manager should remain calm, listen actively, and resolve issues constructively, even under pressure

Ha... it's my 10th night I am staying here. When I booked they told "Bar and Kitchen Services last order is by by 11:30". Due to my work I have ordered even later after 11 :30PM and they delivered to my room . Within these 10 nights stay one day cleaning was not done I Adjusted.... But today 25th mar 2025, I am in a urgency to go toilet, but there is some issue with my room card. He told me that the validity expired (I paid full amount on Sunday 23rd mar till 26th March). Cant you check and provide the key validity... it took 15 mins... I am urging to go to toilet... some guy he gave master key... then I went to toilet (by the time itself they replaced the card and trying to give me when I am in toilet... anyways... it's OK. But around 11:24pm I tried to order food n drinks ( as per the first conversation with the receptionist he told last order for food n drinks is at 11:30). Still I had time... The receptionist was telling.... kitchen order isonly by 11:15. After hearing.. I went downstairs.. The less experience receptionist was telling the same. Then I asked to call the manager or CEO. Immediately she went to someone sitting near the staircase and explaining SOMETHING. From outside I said 'Ask the manager to come n talk". After 2 mins he came to talk to me.... I simply walked away and said DO NOT COME N TALK TO ME WITH 1 SIDE STROY". AFTER FEW MIN I WENT FOR SMOKE... HE IGNORED SHOWING A IRRITATING FACE..SERIOUSLY THAT GUY IRRITATED LIKE A HELL YESTERDAY. GUYS UNDERSTAND SOMETHING, WHEN I BOOK THE HOTEL ITSELF I CLEARLY MENTIONED... IF THE THE SERVICES IS GOOD I WILL BE HERE FOR 10-15 DAYS, EVER MONTH FOR NEXT 1 YEAR OR MAY BE 2 YEARS.. Seriously... This day 25th mar 2025 is not up to the mark from my perspective... (Especially the coated guy have not cooled me, but never attempted for it. IF HE HAS THAT MUCH ATTITUDE AS A CUSTOMER/CLIENT WE TOO HAVE MORE ATTITUDE THAN HIM). I WILL NOT HAVE MY 26TH MARCH 2025 BREAKFAST... I AM BOYCOTTING... SO THAT YOU WILL UNDERSTAND OUR PRIORITY....

I stayed with my family in Centrepoint last month which was a great experience,very good room Clean and neat.breakfast also good and Very special thanks to Mr.Aravind(Reception person), I got a A/c low cooling problem in room at night time.spoke with arvind he changed the room it was very helpful at the night time.Thank you

Booked via mmt, I was fed up with the communication gap. Before checkin no follow ups from property myself twice updated my booking and payment modalities and clearly explained payment direct mode but while checkin casually reception team is saying booking cancelled!!!
