Good budget friendly stay. Rooms are not maintained properly. Smell of mold and floors are grimey. They need to update the photos on Google page as the property no more looks like that, it needs a renovation badly.

Premium location with sea view of one of the beautiful beach in chennai within a range of just 100 m. Hotel room is good and modern for this price range. Requesting the management to put more effort in keeping the bathroom clean. Stuffs are very good and polite.

Warning: Very bad Experience at THE Bentley SEASIDE BOUTIQUE HOTEL I recently had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which was booked through Agoda. The receptionist's guys behavior was arrogant & unprofessional and unfriendly. Issues Encountered 1. *Restrictive Visitor Policy*: The receptionist initially refused to allow my friend to visit me in my room, demanding an extra 1,500 to permit it. 2. *Unclear Check-in Requirements*: Despite paying the extra fee, the receptionist later claimed that my friend couldn't check in due to living within 10 km, citing the owner's instructions. 3. *Poor Room Condition*: The room was in a deplorable state, with a strong phenol smell and unhygienic bathroom conditions. Advice Be cautious when booking this hotel, as the staff's behavior and room conditions may not meet your expectations.

Staff is very helpful and friendly however more cleanliness in the rooms can be looked after. I had a pleasant stay, also was offered a complimentary Arun ice cream downstairs, I'm grateful to the staff. Miss Sarojini was very kind from among the staff members to have taken care of me.

Rats had chewed the bag. I was cheated with this booking on Agoda's site. The room was completely different from the photo on the site. There were lots of mosquitoes and cockroaches in the room.Everything in the room was broken. Agoda should be inspected before displaying it on the site, otherwise the image of Agoda itself gets spoiled.
