The Belstead Hotel

Has everything that you're looking for when booking a mid-priced hotel for a short stay. Rooms are clean, hygienic and not cramped. Free Breakfast was freshly prepared and hot dosas, eggs were available. Service is friendly. Right from the doorman to the receptionist. They even have tied up with a gym 2 minutes away in case you want to work out for free. Such a brilliant idea.

The Belstead Hotel in Chennai provided a comfortable and supportive environment during a challenging time when my wife was receiving treatment at Apollo Hospital (March 9th-April 5th). Our cozy room and the consistently clean bathroom were much appreciated. The staff across the board, from the proactive housekeeping to the efficient restaurant and the helpful reception, were excellent. The delicious food was a bonus, and the active security provided peace of mind. We are greatful for the pleasant stay at the Belstead. We would recommend The Belstead for a comfortable and convenient stay.

My parents had an excellant stay at hotel Belstead while they were in chennai for a business trip. The receptionalist (Rafeek) was extremely welcoming, supportive and helpful. In addition to that, 2 staffs in the hotel breakfast buffet area are exceptional. Room was very comfy, quiet and spacious. Overall highly satisfied with the stay and service recieved.

Here's my feedback: Rooms: The room was comfortable and maintained impeccably. Everything was neat and clean, which added to the comfort. Service: The staff were extremely polite and always ready to assist, no matter the time. This level of service is truly commendable. Location: The location is very convenient, making it easy to access autos and cabs whenever needed. Thank you once again for your hospitality and for making my stay a pleasant one. Amazing place to stay. Had stayed here for a night as I had my US Visa Interview. The staff - each and everyone, right from the security to the reception and housekeeping - everyone there were very welcoming. I had a very bad opinion about Chennai after staying at an other hotel in same area for my US Biometrics but the service from the people at Belstead changed my opinion. This is also very close to the US Consulate, roughly about 1.5kms and can take an auto to and fro for about 150-200 each side. Breakfast - they had very good breakfast with Spicy Pongal, Idly Vada, noodles, sausages, eggs and English breakfast along with fruits,

Just taking out our time to gist out our honest feedback about our weekend stay at Hotel Belstead Chennai. ||||To kick start with, a special mention of heartful greeting at the lobby by the lobby Manager made us feel like we were a prince and princess experiencing the magic of the Hotel Belstead,||My hubby felt as if it was his mother-in-laws place and Kids felt home away from home. ||Ambience, Food, Services, Hygiene were of high standards. Entire team were well trained, very professional, friendly and accommodating with all our needs particularly with organising. They all go above and beyond to make guest's stay comfortable. They always are greeting and smiling to us. ||||The buffet spread during breakfast were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and the bottom line is its strategic location . One of the most outstanding hotels in proximity to Apollo Hospital. Every aspect, including location, cleanliness, staff conduct, room quality, and food quality, exceeded expectations. I accompanied my elderly parents during our stay, and I conducted extensive research, including reviews and videos, prior to booking the property. After carefully considering all details, I reserved a room for four days. I also communicated specific requests to the hotel receptionist to ensure they were accommodated before our arrival, and they kindly obliged. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently demonstrated a welcoming and courteous attitude, not only on the first day but throughout our stay. Even the doorman was always ready to assist us whenever we entered or exited the property. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were treated with utmost respect and professionalism. The food menu offered an impressive variety and exceptional quality, catering to diverse preferences. It was remarkable that the hotel managed to provide such a comprehensive menu in South India. I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each morning, and the menu was thoughtfully curated to cater to individual preferences. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided.

I have stayed for 06 days in the hotel from 21st April to 27th April. Had a great and memorable experience. Excellent food, excellent hotel ambience and excellent location in Chennai...Rooms are cool and well insulated from outside noise ... Service is excellent.. Helpdesk /reception all staffs are very cordial, polite and supportive...Restaurant staffs are very well mannered and active.. tasted varieties of food and all dishes were found be quite tasty...Complementary breakfast is excellent in quality.. However I see a few scope of improvement as follows... i. Sleepers should be made available in the rooms. II. Provision of electric iron should be made available. Ultimately a memorable stay and one of the best hotels in Chennai for family stay @ good price...
