I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the outstanding front office team. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and extremely professional. Excellent ambience, very serene|The entire staff is very service oriented. They made me feel very comfortable, safe and took great care of me. Though I ordered only simple food, they added the veges, side items, without charges, allowing me to choose.|The vegetables served and the dessert were simply awesome, alongwith the service it simply made the whole experience super awesome|Felt very special as a single business traveller, this was the best experience to start and end the day for important business meeitng

The best night out we've had in ages!"|What a vibe! The moment we walked in, the energy was electric - great music, stylish interiors, and a lively crowd. The bartenders are true mixologists; each cocktail is crafted to perfection. I highly recommend the their spicy Mango margarita. And Watermelon mojito The bar bites were surprisingly gourmet - especially the kozhi Melagu The staff made us feel welcome and remembered chandra stephan & chef sharma , which was a great touch. This spot is a must for anyone looking to unwind with class and creativity. We'll be back - often!

Disaster stay!!! Stayed here for 2 nights. Service standards are pathetic ! Very casual attitude towards guests. Ordered dinner on day 1. One of the worst tasting food. Zero value for money. Billing instructions were messed up . Level of understanding and internal communication is below par. On checkout , asked for bellboy . Had to call 3 times to remind. 3 different people picked up. After 25 mins , find a trainee "strolling" the corridor. Went down to reception and find 3 staff chatting. Seems like the hotel is run by untrained staff. If this is Taj standards , shame !!Never stay here again.

-For me it was the dinning experience, Mr Yuvaraj was soo sweet n so down to earth, he was assisting us throughout the time attending us to our needs. |I would love to come back here with my family so that they can experience this warm hospitality.|- Room look very aesthetic and it gives old money vibe which I love.
