Hotel disappoints with poor cleanliness, no room services, weak network, and insistence on cash payments. Reception staff lacked responsiveness. Not suitable for families or business trips, despite its convenient location near the metro.

I'm very glad to say that the hotel I stayed swarnam residency is one of the best accommodation you can ever find if you're visiting Chennai... I recently visited to their stay and unfortunately when I checked out, I left my gold ring accidentally at the room. I immediately contacted the hotel and said my issue. Mr. Charan the manager of the hotel promptly send his employees to look for the lost ring and returned it back to me. I really appreciate their honesty and trustworthiness. I recommend the hotel, if you're visiting Chennai.

Room was very excellent hotel located at heart of the city easy to visit every place in Chennai, excellent house keeping staffs and respectful receptionist

Employees are friendly and Rooms are well designed. Total environment is clean and hygienic. It's located very near to Ekkattuthangal Metro station. So transportation is much easy from here. Only issue I faced is no parking lot available for the customers. So we need to park our vehicles road side. Except this this is a nice and affordable hotel for travellers. Also its a family friendly hotel.

Had a nice experience. The staff as well as owner were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, good service, nearby to metro station and tech olympia park.

A very nice place to stay in Chennai. If you visit Chennai I highly recommend to stay at Swarnam Residence. We stayed at this place for only 1 day and the service was grate. We got the 3rd floor room E-1 the room was small for two people so we asked the manager/owner to arrange for a bed he said yes and on that night he gave us a new bed which he bought specially for us that day. The owner/manager is a very good person. About the room it was nice 1bed, a AC, a TV, bed lamps and a geezer in bathroom for hot water. The hotel is also near the Ekkathungal Metro Station so there is no problem of traveling. At last we would say that if you visit Chennai stay at Swarnam Residence
