Supreme Stay - Hotel Chepauk

Good stay, the executive triple rooms are a bit small for 3 people, but overall it's very good in terms of cleanliness, comfort and all. Location wise it's pretty good (Walking distance to Chepauk Stadium and 1km from Marina Beach). The staffs are young and friendly, room service is good also. Recommended for staying with family.

One of the best hidden gems in Chennai City. I booked from MakeMyTrip after seeing the reviews and everything the customers mentioned was spot on. We took the 2 + 1 bed room for 3 people. We had a 6 month baby with us and everything went extremely fine. Let me tell you guys about the toilets, very very clean and well maintained. Rooms, beds, very clean and well maintained. The only small issue is the location of the property. The area is very crowded and somewhat ugly. It's 4 KM away from MGR central railway station and 20 KM away from the airport.

One thing to note is that the hotel does not have parking facilities, which might be a concern for those traveling by car. However, everything else about the stay was excellent. What truly stood out was the customer support--the staff was always friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any request. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay even more enjoyable. For 1500, this hotel offers exceptional value compared to other hotels in the same price range. Having stayed in three different hotels for 1500, I can confidently say this was the best experience by far. Overall, Hotel Chepauk offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay. Small room, bathroom had a very unpleasant smell. Very noisy and front of desk staff were not very helpful. Good location for the cricket stadium and places to eat.

Eventhough rooms are bit compact and small , the service is great for the price.If you are planning to watch csk's games then its pretty good for a day's stay with stadium being in walkable distance TV with subscription and Wifi was working as well. Good for a work day trip.

No parking available . Paid parking available adjacent at charge of Rs.300/- . Rooms are excellent. Bathrooms were clean. Its a good place for family accommodation. Room assistant behaved very politely and professionally, but main receptionist should have been more friendly to guests as he sounded rude. Otherwise this property deserves 5start ratings without any doubt.

Disappointing Experience with Hotel Management I recently inquired about booking a room at this hotel, but my experience with the manager was extremely disappointing. Upon mentioning that I had a Chennai ID proof, the manager's response was unprofessional and rude. Instead of providing clear information about their policy, they displayed poor customer service and a disrespectful attitude. A hotel should maintain professionalism and treat all guests with courtesy, regardless of their local or outstation status. Unfortunately, it felt like service quality was based on monetary transactions rather than customer respect. I hope the management improves their behavior and communication to ensure a more welcoming experience for future guests.
