Disappointing Stay. Not Worth It Even at a Discount At first glance, the hotel looks decent in terms of aesthetics and appearance. However, the service and management leave much to be desired. Here are the major issues we faced during our stay: 1. Faulty Room Key Card: Upon check-in, the receptionist handed us a room key card. When we got to the room, the card didn't work. We had to go all the way back to the reception to get it fixed -- not a great start. 2. No Wifi in the Room: They advertise free WiFi, but the signal didn't reach our room at all. Completely useless. 3. TV Didn't Work: The TV in the room wasn't functional. We reported it four times -- twice over the phone and twice in person. Each time we were promised a fix, but no one ever showed up. 4. Disturbed at Night: Shockingly, twice during the night, strangers tried to enter our room. Turns out, the hotel had issued them access cards that also opened our room. This was absolutely unacceptable and reflects total negligence from the reception staff. 5. No Hot Water + Broken Bathroom Essentials: There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay. On top of that, the buckets and mugs provided were cracked and broken -- basic amenities that weren't even usable. 6. Unapologetic Staff: When we raised all these issues with a new person at the reception, he didn't even offer a basic apology. The lack of accountability was the final straw. Overall, while the price may be tempting, the service, security, and basic functionality of amenities are terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

This is my second time here, the first was a a really good experience with proper service, however this time it was the worst service with no proper ac. Had to move to another room. However the condition was worse, As it was a down graded room with no items such as table, chair nor mini fridge in comparison to the room booked. Pillow covers were old as well. Don't even get me started on the Front office manager..!

Worst hospitality management that I have ever seen. Front desk staff use notebook ledger to verify booking and make the guest wait too long. Employees are too hesitant to answer any questions; very reluctant to give extra pillows, bedsheets and towels. Bathroom was not cleaned after previous guest. Guests are allowed to smoke near fire exits which causes a strong stench when walking in corridors. Worst upkeep for a hotel in such a prime location.

The stay in this property is very good and rooms and bed is clean and quality one. Very well maintained by the hotel management. No extra charged and stay and check-in is very smooth. Polite staffs and location is very prime place and no restaurant in property but we can order online foods. Only con is no fan in the premises which is a disadvantage because they have central ac which temperature also can't be controlled. Improving that it will be better place to stay.

Good things - nearest location from airport - Inbuilt restaurant is there - number of rooms are there - booking available online and offline, too - ac is working fine - TV in working condition - wifi is working - bath soap and towel available - breakfast available Bad things - hot water for bath not there - room service is time-consuming - sometimes tap water not available - leakage from ac - next day room cleaning request not done. - key card sometimes working sometimes not working - no openable windows to throw outside cigarettes smoke. - no fan in the toilet for smoking The moral of the story is that it's not the first choice for business or family vacation

The hotel's location near the airport is its only advantage, quickly overshadowed by a multitude of issues. The centralized air conditioning is completely ineffective, leaving the room at an uncomfortable 27degC. The cramped room size makes unpacking a challenge, with barely enough space to open a standard suitcase. The dilapidated cupboards, seemingly from a bygone era, lacked even the most basic necessity: hangers. After a frustrating hour-long delay, I was provided with two hangers, which proved useless as they were too deep for the shallow cupboards, rendering them unusable. This forced me to leave my clothing exposed. The reception staff is rude and dismissive. He made no attempt to address the hotel's many issues, showing a clear lack of concern for guest satisfaction. This hotel fails to provide even basic comfort and functionality.

We stayed as a family for one night in room number 108 with the kid the room aswell as toilet were untidy. In a room we had a door which was opened were sewage line was passing which caused a foul smell through out our stay. Better sleep in platform rather than staying here.

Service is very poor. No cleaning and no person to attend cleaning process. Phone is dead. I am second floor. I have to go to reception at ground floor, though they are not interested to listen. I really feel bad why I booked this hotel. Please guide everyone, NOT TO BOOK THIS HOTEL. THIS IS MY HUMBLE REQUEST
