Please do not opt for this room, especially if you are with family. THEY MANAGE TO GIVE FAKE REVIEWS BY SOMEHOW ACCESSING OUR ACCOUNT, WHICH IS SCARY TO BE HONEST HOW THEY DO THAT! In websites you might see good rating with great reviews, please understand they are hacking the accounts and putting them. You can see some customers have mentioned it in other reviews, so they do this to EVERYONE staying there! Its surprising how they manage to get away with that on daily basis. The rooms are the worst, they have not cleaned them at all because there were packets of used things lying around. You cannot use the bathroom AT ALL! Just after few hours of check in, the electricity went off and there was no backup. It was so hot inside, the lift did not work. My mother and grandmother had issues climbing stairs. Our room was in third floor. There was NO LIFT service for the next two days! The whole stay we had to climb three floors. Staying there was a nightmare, I did not had any other choice. The staff is just too unbothered about anything and everything happening in the hotel. The place where they store toiletries and towels is absolute mess, you can see towels lying on the floor! There might be good reviews in other websites where you are booking, but please if you are reading this, do not opt for this hotel. God knows what all problems you will face!

Firstly, it is actually called "lotels apartments" and you should check the reviews on google for that. |They somehow are able to get everyone who books through booking.com to leave themselves a 10 star review, and I never would have done that myself so it's hacked somehow. |The bathroom was completely covered in mold on all the walls smelling rancid, you couldn't leave the bathroom door open even for 10 seconds without the smell ruining the smell of bedroom, the front desk man was super rude on check in and you can only pay with cash and told us we had to get a taxi to go to the atm and couldn't put our bags in our room until then, the sheet didn't even cover the whole mattress, the floors weren't swept and there was other people's hair everywhere, the door only locks with a little push button, the WiFi hardly worked. |Not sure how they hacked the system to rename the properly on here and get everyone to leave them 10 star reviews. Booking.com and all other booking systems need to remove this property listing. Also it looks like it's close to the airport but it's a 45 min tuk tuk ride

Room is clean but bed sheet and bed are not much clean. AC is not cooling properly. I don't know how they given more ratings in oyo app. It not worth for that much higher ratings.

I have spent 2 days at the Property, I am very Much happy the room check in was Smooth and service was very good.

Incredible rude receptionist who just totally ignored us and refused to give us a room claiming that the rooms were not clean and that the cleaners went home.

When I got here, I was given the keys to a standard room whereas I had a deluxe room booked. The issue was resolved under three minutes. The staff was friendly and one of the workers even spoke a bit of Hindi. The ambiance was good and the food provided at the restaurant on the ground floor was above average. The rooms were well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. The deluxe room was quite spacious, which we got on a discounted price from ClearTrip and it included a small fridge, a couple of lockers, a TV, a well working AC, a sofa and a comfy bed. The WiFi could be connected but it didn't seem to work which is why I gave it 4 stars. Overall, it was a good stay.

I had a very early flight the next morning. The manager arranged for a car to pick me up to take me to the airport, and the taxi fee + tip I gave to the manager, I believe was less than I would have paid on my own. ||This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk 1km into town to the main street, and there are several food options there. I don't recall the name of the biryani house I visited twice, but it is a two-story restaurant on the main road, and staff and management were very nice. They were open late, and the biryani was so, so good.

An average but clean service apartments in medavakam. One word of caution is their policy is different for direct reservation guests and online reservation guests. Be sure call and double , triple check the check in and out timings and also mention online booking website name to confirm on their policy before making reservation. For me , I was told hotel check in/out policy is 24 hours but after check in at 8pm , I was told that check out is 12 pm for online reservation and I was billed additional charge for 5 hours extra stay. Otherwise the place is fine.
