I had the pleasure of visiting this hotel room, and it was such a delightful experience. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every detail, from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, was perfect. The ambiance made me feel relaxed and pampered, and the view was simply stunning. It's clear that great care and attention have been put into making every guest's stay a memorable one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and elegance combined with excellent hospitality!

Extremely unhygienic place, would definitely not recommend it. The photos on the websites appeared very good but unfortunately it's just the opposite. The first room that was given had a strong smell of mold, we also found mold on curtains. There were visible stains on the bed and pillows, toilet was dirty. Room had absolutely no ventilation. The place just didn't look clean. They gave us another room that was just slightly better in terms of ventilation but still had stains on the bed.

I stayed at Super Townhouse on Arcot Road near Kauvery Hospital and had an excellent experience. The hotel provided outstanding hospitality and genuine care for their guests. I arrived around 11:45 PM and enquired. To my surprise, they offered me a very competitive price. Unlike other hotels where I was treated indifferently and even charged higher despite booking through an offer, the staff here were welcoming and professional. Special thanks to the reception manager, Mr. Binoy, who noticed that my booking included a queen-size bed and asked if it would be sufficient for three people, as I had a child with me. Without any additional charge, he upgraded us to a room with three beds, ensuring our comfort. His thoughtful approach and generosity truly stood out and made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

I have no idea how this hotel has a 4-star rating on Google. The genuine reviews are absolutely accurate. One of the most concerning things was seeing what appeared to be children working there--is that even legal? The room was extremely unclean, and despite requesting replacements for the pillows, I was told that the manager could only raise a request when customers complain. Yet, reviews about the poor pillow quality have been ongoing for months--how hard is it to replace them? I eventually had to order a new pillow myself via Swiggy Instamart. The air conditioning took forever to cool the room, but at least it worked. The TV was useless since it wasn't paid for, so we couldn't watch anything. While the rooms look nice on the surface, the maintenance is severely lacking--the drapes didn't work, there was no hot water, and overall upkeep was terrible. For the money we paid, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. This is easily the second-worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I never imagined finding a decent budget hotel in Chennai would be this difficult.

Terrible customer service. We booked the hotel through oyo, but when we arrived for check-in, the receptionist told us that the room was sold out.When I asked him, our room is booked...he replied with dirty words. ....and so what should i do,,and he told I will say it once but not many times...Have come driven a car 400kms...& We were very tired.... really bad and terrible experience with hotel and oyo rooms....and we have found another room by near and managed... Don't book through oyo and super townhouse hotel

Reserved for Dec 07 - ,08 thru booking.com. and paid upfront. On arrival found due to Chennai metro work right in front , rooms were dusty and stale. Condition was so bad we decided not to stay there. Cancelled instantly for free but till now no refund from booking.com. In person check premises before staying

Terrible customer service. We booked the hotel through Agoda, but when we arrived for check-in, the receptionist told us that the room was sold out. However, later, they informed our driver that the room was still available but at a higher price than Agoda's. It seems they refused to honor the Agoda price because it was cheaper, and the receptionist wouldn't earn anything from it.

It was a very unpleasant experience staying at this hotel. I booked a double bed standard room for about 5 days here purely based on so many positive reviews. It was a terrible mistake indeed. This hotel is actually called Chakra Inn. At first glance, there is no properly maintained reception or receptionist. There were only two or three guys dressed in home attire literally sleeping on the sofa at the reception. The room was extremely dusty like it was last swept a week ago, the bedsheets and blanket were stained and appeared rough as if not washed, the worst of all is the bathroom. It looked really dirty, the tiles were black as if never been scrubbed and cleaned. There is no heater in the bathroom too. Do not expect any toiletries or complimentary water bottles. The air conditioner and fan was functioning well. The lights were ok. There were 3 plug point sockets however only 1 could be used, the rest were damaged. There is no WiFi available at all as promised in their site. I requested to clean the room and the bathroom as well as change the bedsheets. Two youngsters (hostel staff) came into the room and claimed they usually clean once per day and refused to clean as apparently I just checked in and proceeded to change the sheets claiming they will not entertain another request to change the bedsheets once they have changed. They obviously lack hospitality and do not seem or dressed like a trained hotel staff. I personally find them to be quite rude. I also requested for WiFi password and tried couple of times then eventually gave up and had to use my own mobile data throughout the stay. The following day, I requested to clean my room and bathroom again however they claimed they will only start cleaning past lunch hours. They did sweep and mop the floor which was good. They did not clean the bathroom at all, they merely spilled tap water and left at that. No scrubbing or usage of disinfectants in their bathroom cleaning. It's a huge health hazard and the sense of basic hygiene wasn't portrayed at all by this hotel management personnel. Overall, I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I suggest to all the foreigners and also local people in India to check the hotel rooms in person prior making any sort of bookings.
