Staff attitude was bad Extra charge during check-in Room was smelling bad Bed was sagged and unclean, Pillows too unclean Water bottle is given during checkin (n Bisleri 1l) Common drinking water is available only in groud floor Ac was working as expected Fan was working as expected, but was noisy as if it's going to fall , turning the switch on and after 1 minute of running there was no noise. Wouldn't recommend for anyone especially family.

Worst experience. Rooms are unhygienic and filthy, it was a foul smelling stay, and the bed was worst of all. Bathroom doesn't have a latch. Please look for other good stay, dont waste ur money. I will never recommend this stay for any one.

I went there with my partner and 1st thing I noticed was the behaviour of the staff there ig his name is Muthu.then the room was not neat, there was nothing like fridge, kettle,shower gel, shampoo, dental kit etc. then the issue came up again in the form of cockroach but while complaining about the issue they were ready to change the room but there were 3 receptionists there and this Muthu was insisting to give us a specific room 213 and idk what was there in there. Due to saftey concerns I left on the same day of check in I

"Horrible Experience - Not Worth the Money!" I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was extremely poor, with unhygienic conditions everywhere. There were no water glasses or food plates provided, and the place was full of insects, making the stay even worse. On top of that, the hotel demanded extra payment beyond what was already paid through MakeMyTrip, which was completely unfair. Overall, a terrible experience - I would not recommend this place to anyone!

If Google is provided minus stars it would have been helpfull I would like to give minus 5 star and Don't think to come here don't waste your money here arrogant people don't believe agooda or Oyo their charge is double than what it shows in Oyo and agooda always they say that was old rate we updated them but they are not changing bull sit one small ganja adict is there in reception beware of him negative five star

Unfair Charges and Poor Customer Service Description: "I had a terrible experience at Super TownHouse 611 Welcome INN. I arrived at midnight after a long journey, exhausted and looking forward to a good night's rest. However, the hotel staff surprised me with additional charges not mentioned in the booking app(Booking.com). Despite showing them the app, they insisted on paying more, leading to a heated argument. The staff's attitude was unhelpful and unwelcoming, especially considering the late hour. I felt taken advantage of and disrespected. Given the poor customer service and unexpected charges, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a disappointing experience, and I expect better from hotels."

I would prefer Zero Star for room Cleanliness and Staff attitude. Too much cockroaches, untidy bed, worn out room interiors, and rude staff behavior. Photos posted are very old. Staff asked for extra money (almost 2x extra) above the amount mentioned in oyo.

Extremely bad experience just pathetic. Went there through booking.com booked online at a price of Rs 1300 but when I reached there the person behaved very unprofessionally first he denied giving room then gave keys to go to room and check if we wanted to stay and don't complain about the dirty rooms. We reached at night so decided to stay somehow but then he told that we have to pay Rs 2400 to get room. Even he denied giving complimentary water bottle and asked Rs 30 for a single bottle. Never go there very bad staff and rooms are also filthy unhygienic
