I have booked this property for two days , but as soon as i arrived at the property i knew this is not for family nor for people who seek cleanliness. Switch boards are broken mirrors and blankets are stained and the room is smelly no dustbins provided and no water supply in bathroom shower pipe , you should use the mug to fetch it from sink pipe. And no floor mat available for any place least the bathroom. Pathetic AC and many more hence i decided to vacate the place immediately and wanted to cancel one days booking but they say that that is not possible and the site say free cancellation policy. If you want a peaceful stay stay away from this property.

I experienced exceptionally poor service at an Oyo township property. On two occasions, I was overcharged by over 1500 rupees after completing payment through the Oyo app. This resulted in a two-hour wait in the lobby due to the hotel's refusal to grant access until Oyo settled the discrepancy. Ultimately, I was unable to occupy the booked room, which lacked a functional toilet, running water, and had visible signs of previous damage, including vomit on the ceiling. Furthermore, the room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Given four unsuccessful booking attempts resulting in financial losses, I find Oyo's operational practices unacceptable and will cease using their services permanently. This experience was so negative that it surpasses even the risk of gambling. I am uninstalling the app and deleting my account. It's nothing like it is in the photos. It's worst as it can get.
The room I stayed in was horrible. The whole room had a bad stink, it smelt like cigarette but added with some foul smell. Tried opening the window and the smell faded but as soon as you close it started stinking again. There was a lot of sand on the floor. And the bathroom was old and slimy.
Not Worth the Price or Hassle I recently stayed at this hotel and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I checked in, I was met with a disappointing attitude from the receptionist. He informed me that the air conditioning was not working, which is a deal-breaker in hot weather, and suggested that if I wanted to cancel my booking, I should contact OYO. It was a "take it or leave it" approach, which left a bad taste in my mouth. However, when I entered my room, the air conditioning was actually on and functioning. This raised some red flags, as the receptionist had told me that the AC system was centralized when it was clearly individual to each room. It felt like some kind of scam to me--either a ploy to get guests to leave or an excuse for their poor service. To add to the negative experience, the room itself was in terrible condition. It was filthy, with visible dirt on the floors and surfaces, and there was a musty smell that made it uncomfortable to stay in. Given the high price I paid for this room, I expected much better quality and cleanliness. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The poor service, deceptive information from the receptionist, and dirty room made it a thoroughly disappointing experience. There are plenty of other options in the area that offer better value and service. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
I have booked a room at this property and went to check in around 10.30 pm. The hotel receptionist and the security was so rude. The receptionist demanded extra Rs. 500 for booking. We argued that we had already booked through online booking platform. We denied and demanded to pay showing a QR code. When asked for further questions, we shoved us away and made us wait outside the hotel. We were left stranded at the hotel until 12.00 am midnight. The security was also very rude, and I felt the place more insecure. I contacted asking for a query in the booking platform, yet we got no response till 12. After 12, considering safety, I left the hotel and started searching for other hotels. Worst Experience Ever and I would recommend none to visit this cheap hotel!! Agoda first has to improve its customer service. If customer faces any issue with the booking such as, if the hotel asks for additional money for granting the room, which is already fully paid, Agoda has to provide a readily available customer service centre. I mean not some AI, which doesn't understand anything. Couldn't get any human customer service person to understand and reply the issue. So zero marks to Agoda. Highly dissatisfied with you Agoda. Finally, I booked the twin bed room for me and my Kid. But the hotel said, they received information from Agoda that the room is booked only for one adult and zero kid. I showed them the booking confirmation received by me from Agoda which includes kid. In turn they showed a message they got from Agoda, which says only one Adult and demanded additional amount to accommodate kid. I showed that the booking was for a twin bed room. Still the property insisted additional amount. Tried to reach Agoda . Only some AI replied some garbage which didn't help at all. No human could be contacted from Agoda customer help centre. Finally paid the additional amount for accommodating my kid in the room. Agoda service is worst. Equally worst is the attitude of the staff in the hotel.
Worst customer experience. Charging more than online booking confirmation. Shower don't work. Service is bad. Room cleanliness is bad. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Don't get fooled by reviews
It was cheating like experience when we were told to pay more during our last stay in this hotel. Having booking done for 6 guests and paid in advance, the hotel demands additional money for the 5th guest when checking in with 5 guests ( one less than actually booked number of guests) citing the OYO is taking too much of cut as commissions. But why don't they just close their business with OYO if they under pay the hotel rather than allowing their rooms to be booked through OYO and demanding more money from the guests when at the time of check-in. It is pure cheating!!!
