Super OYO Elite Residency Near Chennai International Airport

Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean at all--there were cockroaches spotted in multiple areas. The smell in the room was unpleasant and made the stay uncomfortable. To make things worse, the air conditioner was not working, which made the heat unbearable. I expected basic cleanliness and functioning amenities, but this hotel failed to meet even those. Not recommended unless improvements are made.

The rooms are extremely dirty. Don't book based on online pictures. Initially, I booked online and went there, but when I saw the room, I was appalled and asked the receptionist to change it. He replied it will cost extra 700rs and I agreed and They showed me three rooms, and all three were even dirtier than the first. When we complained to the receptionist, he replied rudely. When we asked about a refund, he said, 'You paid online, so go ask online.' I was even angrier, but the area wasn't safe, so I decided to go to the airport directly. At the airport, I couldn't sleep while sitting, and I suffered a lot. My humble request to anyone considering booking this hotel because of its proximity to the airport: you will regret it. I hope to be the last person to suffer like this.

Name 'elite' draw my attention and have some expectations.but it was like normal budget rooms. 1) rooms were ok but walls are not properly Maintained. 2) they are charging more than the amount showing in app (is that common in all oyo rooms!!!) 3) frequent disruption in AC machine 4) staff (name sarathi i think), he is not polite in his words..thought of extending bcz of my personal situation.but the way he replied make me move out immediately. (In app it was showing 535, but he is asking 1000+ and he denied not to give for that price ) 5) no car parking, no safety also Overall not a good experience..but bcz of my situation I stayed Verdict: if you are particularly looking for rooms in this area and if you don't bother about the room ambience n all ,then it's upto you ...i will not recommend

This is worst hotel i have ever seen , i have booked this hotel from oyo but when I reached there the hotel receptionist says you are coming early give 800 rs extra then he take total 1500 rs for 1 day and not giving service properly no hot water for bath , towel is badly smelling, I request you choose another hotel for stay actually chennai is worst city i have ever seen in my life.

Whatever shown in room pictures are fake, so dirty room, when we book in oyo, they are asking for booking id and cancelled then asking for more money. Just worst service

Property owner try to charged me extra money while the time of check in. Staff is very rude in behavior. Pls don't book this hotel. It's not safe to stay here. Conditions of rooms are very pathetic. Rooms are very with bad smell.

Book the room was 620 Payment was taken 800 for hotel management other wise boot was not accepted he told me at night 12 pm check in time Take action and resolve the issue send the amount to back me very worst experience

Worst experience i booked the hotel paid online but when i visited the hotel they say no booking is registered it was really frustrating i reached at 1 am they asked to book here and pay double i had to go and find other hotel at 2 am late night never visit the hotel ever if you want to save the energy and money
