Super Hotel O Valasaravakkam Near Chandra Metro Mall

I had a great stay at Super Hotel O Valasaravakkam. The location is excellent--very close to Chandra Metro Mall, making it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered good comfort. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to help. Service was quick, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Definitely a great value for the price. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting this area!

I had made the booking for me and my friends at this hotel when we attended a conference in Chennai Trade Centre. The location was peaceful and was easy access to the city. Rooms were clean and had adequate services, including wifi, hot water, and air conditioning. The hotel employees were very helpful in all the matters we approached them for. Only few issues we found was, aircon not cold enough in one of our rooms and bathroom door knob was not present at the time of check in [BUT RESOLVED WITHIN THE DAY]. All of us were happy with our stay at the hotel. And staff cooperation to our needs were excellent. I'd happily recommend this place for a budget friendly stay.

Having booked my stay well in advance through Booking.com and receiving confirmation, I was incredibly disappointed to be turned away upon arrival at this hotel. The staff informed me that they were unable to accommodate me despite the confirmed reservation. This left me scrambling for alternative accommodations, significantly impacting my trip plans. This incident highlights a major concern with the hotel's booking system. If confirmed bookings can be rejected at check-in, it renders the entire pre-booking process unreliable. This lack of coordination between the hotel and Booking.com creates a frustrating situation for guests who rely on confirmed reservations.
