Great stay experience. Rooms are good and clean . Staffs are really impressive. Specially the guy named Saktivel. The hospitality they provided really impressed me. Highly recommended for short time stays. Kudoos to the team.

The stay was not at all pleasant here coz the staff were not cooperative. We had a booking for 3 days however there was no functional TV and geyser an entire in the room. Initially they said the TV would be recharged and post that they said the TV is not working. We were given a broken non functional immersion rod as backup of geyser which also was not working. The room bed sheet and pillow cover was all dirty and the reason the staff gave is that the laundry person had not come. After 1.5 days of stay we got fresh bedsheets and pillow. In short, this room is not worth the price I paid for all amenities coz I received none. I would suggest customers to book elsewhere unless emergency coz for the price you pay you should get the amenities.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my visit to Chennai and had a wonderful experience. The staff were courteous and attentive, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. I was truly impressed with my stay.

We booked rooms 3 months prior for 4 days' stay, upon arrival the boy in the reception informed us room is available only for 1 day. We don't know what to do he said this after reaching the hotel. We are ready to pay more as well. The reason they informed us was that there have been some bookings made by another booking application. Upon checkout, they asked us to give a good rating. I highly don't recommend this place, especially if you are planning to stay on special occasions like marriages or any function days.

Poorly maintained hotel. Bed spreads are unclean and dirty. There are no blankets. AC is not working. No water coming at toilets. Toilet light is not functional. TV is not working. Window screens does it close windows properly. Water bottles, towels and toiletries are not offered. Overall bad experience. I won't recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

Worstuu room, better avoid it. Blood was in the wall, tv is not working, very worst bathroom. Before book please visit the hotel.

Very very worst hotel.. no clean beds, towels provided were ugly and torn. No bathroom mats. If there is an option to give rate in negative then I would provide most in negative ratings..

Don't get to a conclusion by the photos posted on agoda or Google, they don't provide any room service.Further the cupboard windows and AC are accumulated with dust and mosquitos filled inside.The Gyeaser doesn't work and no service at all. Waste of money.
