My experience was very bad. The room had a bad smell when I entered. There were bugs and cockroaches moving around. The TV didn't work, the bathroom was not clean, and the AC had issues. I complained to the staff and asked for another room, but he was not responsive. The overall environment felt creepy and not lively. The staff tried to force me to give a five-star rating. Luckily, my internet was slow and the app didn't load, so I walked away. I'm an introvert and prefer less talking, so I don't wish to argue. If the internet had worked, I might have been forced to give a five-star rating, which is not fair.

**Feedback for OYO Hotel:** My stay at the OYO hotel was an absolute nightmare. * The **rooms were in terrible condition**, with untidy beds and spider webs in the corners. * The **washroom amenities were broken**, and the AC was worse than a basic cooler. * There were **used soaps** left in the bathroom, indicating poor hygiene. * To make matters worse, when I returned to my room after a walk, I found **cockroaches covering my luggage and bed**. This left me no choice but to leave the hotel at midnight and find another place to stay. Such conditions are completely unsuitable for families or anyone expecting even basic cleanliness. I was shown other rooms but all were in similar or worst condition When I complained to customer care, I was offered a **mere 20% gratification**, but no refund for my money despite the unacceptable experience. This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a hotel. I sincerely hope OYO addresses these issues to ensure no one else has to go through such a harrowing experience. Photos for refrence

This is a very shady hotel. Do not visit this place, the staff is not well trained. Every picture you see in the add is not real. Cleanliness is poor - the washrooms, room and even corridors stink! When I entered the hotel, it was stinking like fish. They first gave me a very ill maintained poor room....washroom was bad, bed was broken, when I called the reception - he said there is no other room available, when I told him That they knew about my arrival in advance that too they knew a single woman is coming they should have arranged a good room he then said that he can give a twin room. After that from nowhere a better room came in the picture, i was shifted there. The problem did not stop here! The washroom was not cleaned, the room was dusty, the bed was bad! when I asked to clean the room he said that It can be cleaned only after 10 AM. when i revoked he sent a guy for cleaning, to my surprise...that guy didn't even clean it and left it as it is...he was just pretending. I could see the stinking, yellow colour water in the bucket ..... toilet seat wasn't cleaned. I raised the issue with the customer care but the hotel kept on lying about the incident and asked for proof, I showed everything but they denied. Also not to forget, food was included in my booking... I did not get the breakfast! how Can I forget the water....it was terrible! The water was salty...I barely cleaned my teeth and could not take shower that day! I booked for 6 days but, the experience was so horrible that I had to leave the hotel the same day and shift to another. And just look at the audacity of these people...when I was leaving the hotel they didn't say anything....by the time it was date for checkout they called me asking for checkout. Just think about it...the security is so bad, no one knew if someone is in the hotel room or left? I would definitely recommend NOT to stay in this hotel at all. Also, the hotel's name is NOT Super Collection O OMR Perungudi but Haha Hotel! False information!

Firstly the hotel is not decent at all to spend a night with your family. Rooms were shabby and horrible maintenance. photos available on the internet are misleading & completely different than the reality. I paid in advance and booked the room to stay with my mother but couldn't stand in the reception for 10 minutes even, without feeling scared or safe. My suggestion is to avoid this place at any cost.

Not worth and if you book this dirty room below 1600Rs, they will denied the checkin and they will say the rooms are full. And in my room the spring was came out from the bed and got hurt. I have complained this matter to the receptionist and they not even hear us..... Also you can see cockroaches inside the room and i could see more number of mice in the go down room where they used to store fresh towels

I wish I could give this place zero stars. This hotel is an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy--bed sheets clearly hadn't been changed, covered in stains and hairs from previous guests. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the corners and a horrible smell. The floors were sticky, and I even saw cockroaches running around! I honestly felt like I would catch a disease just from staying here. The air smelled musty, like the room hadn't been cleaned in months. Towels were damp and stained. Even the water from the tap had a weird odor. Management clearly doesn't care, and customer service was nonexistent when I complained. If you value your health, STAY AWAY. This place should be shut down!

Worst Hotel in Chennai This hotel was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we entered, it felt shady and unwelcoming. The sheets on the bed were ugly and stained, the bathroom was disgustingly filthy, and the walls were covered in peeling paint, stains, and dirt marks. To make matters worse, there wasn't even a basic water bottle provided--instead, we found a dusty old plastic jar that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bedsheets and pillows were ancient, stained, and faded. The air conditioner was a joke, merely blowing air without any cooling effect. We couldn't bear to stay in the room for even a minute. Hoping for a solution, we requested another room and were shown three more rooms--each as terrible as the first. Honestly, even local roadside lodges would have been better maintained than this so-called Super O Collection hotel listed in Agoda. Within 10 minutes of checking in, we decided to vacate the place entirely. When we asked the manager for a refund, we were told that since the booking was through Agoda, there was nothing they could do. I tried reaching out to Agoda's customer service but found it impossible to get any assistance. In the end, we left, considering the money we paid as nothing more than charity to this disgraceful establishment. No normal human could possibly endure staying in such appalling conditions. Avoid this place at all costs--it is a complete scam and an utter insult to hospitality standards.
