Worst Experience Ever! I recently had an extremely disappointing stay at Jayam Residency. From the moment I checked in, the experience was far from what I expected. First, the air conditioning was not working, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When I reported the issue to the staff, they were completely unhelpful and showed no urgency in fixing it. I had to spend the entire night sweating, unable to sleep properly. Secondly, the room was not clean at all. There was dust on the furniture, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom was in a terrible condition. It was clear that housekeeping had not done their job properly, which made me question the overall hygiene of the hotel. The staff were unresponsive. Instead of addressing my concerns, they ignored my complaints and made no effort to improve my stay. Their lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean stay. Save your money and book somewhere else!

Very ill mannered staff. Denied room even after confirmed booking (payment was also done)on oyo. Had to book another hotel at midnight 12 as they denied the room. Rude behaviour of the property manager. Even shouted and told to leave the hotel. Never visit this hotel. Plus it was a very shady place.

Pest friendly They will ask extra money Rooms are super dirty. This is only for 1 hr stand for fake couples. There are few good reviews but the receptionist ask for Mobile to check booking id and he will only give 5/5 ratings if you not aware

Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here! I strongly urge everyone to avoid this hotel. The reality is the complete opposite of what they show online. From the moment we entered, it felt like we had stepped onto a platform rather than a hotel. Our room had no proper locks, making it completely unsafe. The air conditioning didn't work, leaving the room stuffy and uncomfortable. When we returned after stepping out, the entrance to our room was littered with empty alcohol bottles, and no staff had bothered to clean it. We tried to use the restroom before vacating, but there was no water. It took two hours for them to fix it! The situation was unbearable, and we had no choice but to leave and find another hotel nearby. To make things worse, when I tried to take a photo of a staff member as proof, they refused to be photographed. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Please, do not waste your money or risk your safety here!

One of the worst ever experience ever had in my entire life. Terrible customer service and their only intent is to get the money as soon as checked in.. Once they collected the money they never respond to your complaints. Air conditioner was not working. are all over.. Geyser was there but it wont work... You can just sleep in the hut instead booking there... Worst of worst ....i had no choice of giving 1 start or else would minus

Wanted to give negative stars. Worst place to visit. Even you will puke standing in the reception such a messy place. Request OYO to see to it and delist the hotel immediately. Even in such conditions the Wanted charge us 500 rupees extra over what oyo has charged. No lift no bed sheet. Total mess!!

I will give them 0 star review. I booked through Agoda website. I tried to contact the property to inform about late check-in however the phone no. they gave us online is fake. When I went there they told me I didn't book any rooms. Only when I showed they my booking in their own system they acknowledge my reservation. They demanded extra 500 from us in order for us to stay there even though I already paid for it online. The property doesn't feel safe at all for me and my family. Hence I left the place as soon as it is morning. The rooms are not clean and there were cockroaches. The sheets are dirty and washroom is stinky. I tried to contact Agoda website to resolve the issue however the website is even bigger fraud. They didn't even let us contact the customer service. When I tried to give them negative reviews they stopped me from posting reviews. Don't book any rooms with Agoda website and don't stay at this place.
