Sun City Chennai

Stayed here for 2 nights. Amenities in addition to the room are tv, water, and a toilet soap. Room was different to the ones in the photos. Room was a bit old, untidy, and cramped. I saw one or two bugs inside the room. Same can be said about the state of the hotel. The staff were okay. Wouldn't recommend for families or couples.

Worst experience ever in my life. Room was full of cockroaches & blood eater insects. AC leakages flooded the floor & all mu belongings were wet, even my passport also. They Don't have any air frieshner & they forced me to check out at mid night. Service & environment was so poor & unhealthy. Plz avoid this types of hotels.

Small rooms..but compared to other hotels rent is low..

Receptionist very rude, Owner Kader don't have respect to treat customer from outstation. They made big argument for not paying amount whereas we need to stay for 10days. And we already paid advance of 2k. Worst service from sun city, 3 people made a big argument and made us vacate mid night 12am though checkout time is 215am. Just because we didn't do payment of 3 days out of 5 days. One person wanted to beat us down. later we came to know he is manager of sarvor inn hotel. Don't prefer

The hotel's condition is very bad, the doors are broken from beneath and rooms have seepage in them. Facilties is just basic, no hot water in rooms, you have to ask and then wait for it. If tight in budget, location restriction and staying for 1 day in Chennai, then only consider this hotel, else try others nearby.

Front desk staff Mr Anand, Mr victor and mr Senthil were given excellent service. Rooms clearness need to improve. Hot water providing in bucket as per request. Service boys are not friendly. Near by restaurents available.

Don't let anyone accidentally stay in this hotel, their staff is so arrogant. If you want something and you call the reception, it will never be picked up on time. You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. And there are a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, the pungent smell, blankets, sheets, pillows, all the dirt. When I complained to the owner of the hotel, everything went well, the worst experience to date happened with me, so no one should go to stay in this hotel by mistake.
