Long story short: Don't be fooled by appearances. I don't get why this place has a 4+ rating. Before booking, I specifically asked three times about the WiFi, as I had important meetings. The response: "Yes sir, 30 Mbps, full." I booked a room for a family of 3 with an extra bed. First room (4th floor) issues: 1. Extra bed on a creaky cot. 2. Unstable faucet in the bathroom. 3. No WiFi. Manager tried to fix things, but failed. They moved us to a room on the 2nd floor. New problems: 1. Cockroaches in the bathroom. 2. Still no WiFi. Checked out immediately.

I got engaged in Stalin Pleasant Park 15 days ago and am excited to share my wonderful story. Everything was wonderfully organised from beginning to end, making my special day even more memorable. The management staff deserves heartfelt thanks for their exceptional service. The venue was beautifully made, and every detail was perfectly handled. A special mention goes to manager Dinesh, whose dedication and professionalism stood out. He made sure everything ran properly and went above and beyond to meet our demands. Thank you for making my engagement a memorable occasion. I definitely suggest this location to anyone searching for outstanding service and a helpful staff.

Best Hotel to stay with Family and easy accessible for all major part.||Providing basic amenities and quality rooms. Available for many facilities and Its located in Hot of the City.||Very kind approach from all the staffs and management. Very tasty foods from the restaurant.

One of the worst hotel near mount road. They charge a lot of amount but pathetic service. Room was filled with cockroach . And bathroom shower not working. They don't even have basic amenities like shaving razor, iron box, electric kettle etc... Would never visit again.

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Service is good and restaurant having a good choice of food. Bathrooms having some cockroaches which I request the management to take concern on it. Muthuraman helped a lot while check in-and check out. Looking forward to stay at hotel which is very convenient to Marina Beach

Pathetic hotel and very dirty. Fake photos shared online. The bed sheets were all dirty, when asked to change bed sheets and pillow covers the staff said that they had no sheets or covers left and all were being washed so can't change. The walls are dirty as if someone has spit gutka. The location is pathetic and the windows open to slum area with mosquitos. Stray pets roaming on the floor in front of the rooms. Lift was always slow and near breakdown, prayed to Balaji every time used the lift. No tea or coffee in room. We did not get tea coffee even if asked for room service. Shady lads roaming in the hotel as staff. Pathetic breakfast and completely unprofessional. The hotel claims to be part of Fab Hotels but the property has no sign or bill mention if Fab. It seems a fake Fab property.

I stayed lot of times there. Location is absolute nice and easy for travel to airport, railway stations. Manager is very nice person and behaving flexibility with customers. Some rooms got signal problem, and some rooms need to renovate. Other than all good

Booked for a night in Sept 2023. But had a terrible experience as there was hardly anything pleasant about the stay. Accompanied by my wife and 1 year old daughter, I tried requesting an early morning checking by calling them a day earlier. I was told that for a fee of Rs 250, I can check in any time so I was assured. However, upon arriving at 8 AM, I was told that Rs 250 was per person charge and since you are a couple, it becomes 500. I paid the requested amount right away. Shockingly I was offered a lowest category room with twin bed, broken tiles, broken AC controller, etc. Upon confronting I was told that it was the only room available and If I need the room category I booked, I must wait again for few minutes. However, that wait was longer than an hour and we attempted to take the terrible breakfast by then. Only after raising my voice, I was shifted to another room which was awkward but still better than the one offered initially. Location:- Location is decent as it is the first property located on the road to Stadium and the beach. However there are multiple better stay options available closer to these venues as you proceed on the road towards them. Rooms:- Terrible, apparently not renovated for more than 20-25 years. Broken uneven Tiles, broken AC units, malfunctioning custom remotes. Amenities:- Nothing worth a mention. Services:- Staff was harsh and least helpful. Despite being comfortable with English, kept switching over to Tamil despite being told to converse in English. Was unapologetic for having offered a terrible room/terrible breakfast in place of the one booked. Would highly recommend to avoid staying at this place in present condition.
