A very welcoming host . The stay had all amenities like Fridge,Tv, Wifi and necessary utensils . On top of the cake all of this came with a affordable price. The owner was also multilingual speaking 3 - 4 languages including Malayalam making it very easy to communicate

Clean and safe Home away from home with all amenities like fridge , washing machine , water filter , gas , utensils , mixer etc.Great place. Nice park next door for evening walks. Yoga mats and exercise equipments. Ultra fast wifi. Friendly host who is there for all queries , local information, routes etc and at the same time is cool and doesn't bother you much.

Very positive experience on my stay with Susrika, the host was excellent and always available for any queries or questions. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking at this property for a potential stay. Great WIFI and excellent strength training / free weights if you feel like working out during your stay!

We came for birthday celebration the house was neat and clean with all functioning appliances Overall it's worth for money. staff is very humble.

Honestly except for the rooms and it's maintanence, there's nothing you could like in this place. Though the rooms are well maintained with all the amenities that you would require of an Airbnb, a frequent traveler to the city centre would find it absurd to pave way into the main streets. Location is pathetic, the roads to this villa are horrible and would make you nauseous. It's not easy to find any ola cabs to or from this locality. There's nothing except a garden nearby, no grocery stores and nothing you could intend to buy. The only remorse I have of booking this place is that the host had mentioned a location closer to MIOT hospital but it nowhere lived upto the expectations in terms of location. Sir Renji is a good host and has maintained the property well but the place is not meant for non smokers or anyone allergic to smoke.

Real home like experience We stayed for three days and felt at home, especially with the kitchen and all other amenities. The stay is situated in a quiet residential area, which ensures privacy and seclusion from Chennai's hustle.

This Villa is remotely located. The host is excellent, but one of the bed rooms have only Indian toilet. There are lot of mosquitoes in the bed room as well as common areas. Blankets we're provided only on one bed room and the other bed room did not have blankets. Similarly for towels. An average place.

The place was really clean. We had a pleasant stay. I would totally recommend this to my friends. The host was kind and helped us whenever we needed.
