One needs to read the entire review to understand why I rated 1 star for the property We went for marriage at the nearby marriage hall - and this place location wise is apt for families who are coming in from outside Chennai for marriages. The property is nice, each floor has 2 houses with 3 bedrooms or more. So this bit ticks the box - and unfortunately that's only the bit that ticks the box. Cost - 1 house with 3 bhk will cost you Rs 8,600 for the day and you dont have the option to take just 1 room. It's understandable since the entry to the room is via the house so the property managers don't want different folks staying in. What you get for 8,600 - just room and bed. Not even water services; the kitchen is bare empty with not a gas or a RO/ water dispenser. When asked - was told this is how it is and we were informed of it while booking. Thank goodness we had water services and tea/coffee services from caterer Services - Absolute pathetic to downright disrespectful and unethical. The owner doesn't even talk to the folks staying in - seems the job is outsourced to some manager who has put some Hindi speaking guy as the caretaker. And this caretaker takes the cake - he was so haughty in many instances while we stayed there for 3 days- A) once when he was adamant the AC was working in one room and telling us we don't know how to operate the AC - ultimately it turned out the Fan of the split AC had conked out and needed replacement the next day: so the first night, my parents slept in a non ventilated room without AC. B) on the 2nd night, after finishing our function - tired, we had just slept at 10.35pm when the main door bell rang - And there the caretaker was asking where the other room folks were since he has not seen them. I asked him what the issue was and he says - I NEED TO KNOW THE CHECK OUT TIME - while the check out was the 11am the next day. I lost my cool and asked him to call the owner, which he refused. I then threatened to call the cops if he doesn't call the owner since he was 'technically' harassing us. That's when he called the manager - and the manager told me his caretaker should not have woken us up. That's it, no sorry or anything but a pathetic piece of customer centricity. While the location is great - and that's what sells - unless one has no other option, best not put up here in this property as one loses their piece of mind

This place is suitable for bulk family booking. The location of this property is exceptional where you won't feel it's inside the city. The ambience of the surroundings is so calm and pleasant with a lot of trees. Rooms are available for 3 floors and it's fully secured by CCTV coverage. Rooms are near and well maintained. For food , approach nearby restaurants with no inside catering service available. If you are friends and family or solo traveller looking for single or bulk booking,this is a really good choice for a short stay.

The owner is really rude. Do not book this place. He had weird rules where 25year old group of friends is only not allowed... It has to be only families or group of girls. It's creepy. He didn't cancel the booking also but had decided he won't allow us entry. He unnecessarily charge us 50% of the booking amount. This is harassment. I hope with this money minded attitude of his, he gets no more bookings.

Located at the heart of the city with great access to most of the places. The rooms are neat and clean. Had a chance to stay there for a night. Though I had single occupancy i was provided with 2 double bed rooms. The room is spacious. But the cupboards are but small. If you are looking for stay over a week, I would not suggest the room that stayed. But there are other rooms at 2nd and 1st floor which the manager told me about. There is also an option to take the entire apartment each with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen as well. They so have cooks who can cater to your needs, but also let's you cook in case you need to. They have a decent parking facility but very limited, so reservation for your parking is necessary. If you are backpacker kind of traveller, this place is an awesome fit. Will definitely visit this place again

Good for Budget hotel... Room is clean... Bed linens tidy... Breakfast is homely... Room service staff polite... Proximity to shopping place... Overall good place to stay.. Would definitely recommend for family... We traveled from Bangalore. Our stay was for a weekend.. Yet we didn't pay any booking advance... Was worried if room will be there when we reach at night.. Saravanan at the reception desk committed room for us and bang on! Room was kept for us ready..

Ideal home stay if you are planning to attend a cousin wedding or arrange rooms for your relatives of around 25-40 members. As each room implies that of a flat with 3 bedrooms and attached bathrooms and a kitchen, you can choose to accomodate your families and relatives who are planning to attend wedding in Chennai. Neat and clean rooms with good maintenance.

Clean place. But not service apartment. Ok for those who would visit for functions as they would be there only for sometime in the room. We had booked whole apartment. But felt cheated on the payment terms as the tariff mentioned was different. I had only enquired for an extra room and had cancelled the enquiry but still was made to pay for that room. Would not visit this place again.

Cheap hotel, don't expect much from this hotel. Simple interior. Toilet fittings are old n some require repairs. Leakage was there in bathroom from A/c pipes . Got the other room next day. Staff is supportive. Complimentary breakfast was arranged in the restaurant next to hotel premises.
