It's been Bit costly but best PG in this locality with proper facility and admin staff cameras all across the building and terrace.staying there for last 18 months and it's been pleasant experience.. Excellent for working professionals thos looking for private rooms available on different combination and prices..

Oh, so you thought you were paying for actual services? Silly you. Little did you know, you were actually just funding the CEO's vacation to the Bahamas. But hey, at least you get to enjoy the scenic view of your TV and WiFi box collecting dust. And don't even think about trying to use it, because that'll cost you extra. Want to change the channel? Cha-ching. Want to connect to WiFi? Another cha-ching. Might as well just start throwing your money directly into the garbage, it'll save you time and effort. Thanks for being a loyal customer, we appreciate your contribution to our lavish lifestyles.

Is very good at a good location.. my only suggestion is that the room would require would some ventilation.

very bad experience .. no network in rooms wifi never worming in rooms.there are huge bed bugs problem in all the rooms.the biggest problem is that the staff is very rood and never provide you any solution. as per the facilities very costly.iny room somebody from staff has theft my earbuds and helmet also . very poor experience.

I stayed here for 6 months and i can firmly say that it would be better to stay at the railway station rather than staying here. This entire place is infested with bedbugs I asked the maintenance people to spray pesticide but still no use. The prices are high and they don't provide food. They do have a small hotel type thing in their parking but it's better to not eat from there, i had the worst food infection in my life by eating from there. If you are considering to stay at this place then please take my word don't.

Iam staying here for more than 1 years,nice and neat pg, they clean the rooms and toilets everyday, 24hrs hot and cold drinking water available, I think in ekkattuthangal this PG has only spacious car and bike parking

This is based on my personal experience for staying one month in SR mansion, Let me tell you the pros, 1. You will get a private room seperately with window AC. And rent was reasonable. 2. Wifi available all time 3. Attached and common bathrooms there. Common bathrooms are neat and clean and cleaned everyday 4. A small mess in the ground floor and you can eat there and prices are reasonable 5. Personal cupboard and chair will be provided for your room (but unfortunately I don't have any chair in my room don't know why) 6. If you walk around 700 m you will reach ekkattuthankal metro 7. The working persons are responsive to your query and they are good 8. No gate closing time you can come anytime 9. Parking area is there 10. Drinking water and bathroom water is good 11. They will return your advance money just like they promise. You don't need to afraid about it like in other PGs You might wonder why I gave one star eventhough I listed lot of pros. Here is the reason and it just ruined all the pros atleast just for myself, The biggest con of staying here is, 1. Bed bugs. Not in all rooms but in few rooms .Yes if you know or already experienced bed bugs, you might terrified by the word itself. If you don't please search about bed bugs in the internet. Not take it easily like cockroaches or mosquitoes. I didn't sleep properly because of this bed bugs and even slept in my friend's house at night to just to sleep eventhough I paid for a monthly room to rest. I informed them about this and they tried pest control and those bugs still there and bitten me all night. And the pillow and bed given to me was horrible, because they covered it with covers I didn't check it thoroughly about it cleanliness when I was looked for first time. Here is my advice to SR Manson, Guys you definitely know about if bed bugs are in a room. Until you get rid of them fully don't give that room to anyone or just throw the old bed. Other than this I have nothing to complain.

Location is okay ,rooms are small people with claustrophobia might be very hard to stay ,service is very good they Do have parking. Overall a good place to stay .
