SPOT ON 61804 Jayam Residency

Horrible experience, extremely rude. Booking was done through OYO ,priced at 900 rs per room however the property manager demanded 2000 rs citing weekend demand. Rooms are stinking with no maintenance, It was mentioned on OYO that the property has parking facility, but there was none.

Worst room ... I requested to don't book your room here Don't book in oyo they are cheating to us !!!! And we are requested to oyo they are not responding And the receptionist is worst behave in rude with everyone No rating 0/5

Sent from another OYO - Hotel O Jayam Residency for room unavailable issue. Rooms are poorly maintained but charging for 1400 rupees. Beds filled with cockroaches and not cleaned properly. Request people to not book this hotel.

1. We booked through OYO for 600 rupees. Once we reached hotel the hotel owner demanded for 1400 rupees & refused to take OYO booking. 2. We didn't have a choice as i was with my family, I accepted for 1400 as a day time thief charge. Once we enter room, 1. Water didn't come, waited for 3 hours to get water. 2. Very ad smell/ suffocated. 3. Even Corporation toilet will be better than this hotel room 4. Full of BED bugs.. nearly 1000+ you can see 5. It is a Cockroach dump 6. Very Arrogant staff with rude behavior as if they give it for free of cost. Please don't get CHEATED by seeing photos.

One of the worst hotel.... Manager 420 ,fradu and worst behavior...I'm paid 2000 Ac room... No water supply... No bedsheets... Available Tv and water heater but not working... Drinking water pottle 1 litter 30 rupee... And this is not hotel this is a ladge because All are stay in 1 or two hour's with old uncle young girls fully items ladge hotel Then Fully Hindi room service boys very very worst..... Don't book this hotel
