Smart Home service apartment by stayz royale

We had the worst experience at this place. The caretaker was never present when we needed him. He never picked the call even after 15 to 20 calls. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty and when asked to change them, he says not enough pillow covers and sheets. No WiFi connection to the 1st floors. Everything was dirty. Suddenly at night at around 1 AM, the lights, fans and AC in both the rooms stopped working, repeated calling was not taken. Do not ever book this place. The worst experience ever.

A beautiful Home Stay style service appartment at the heart of chennai city. The rooms were really good and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very polite and helpful

The stay for a day at this service apartment wasn't that great honestly the kitchen was such a mess and dirty and the housekeeping was not friendly or in any correct position to speak. The hotel charged extra just for an early check in and charged us extra what was shown on the booking site. They didn't provide any kind of bath amenities And no supply of water and no proper road to reach the location. I suggest you think before booking a stay at this place.

The rooms were beautiful and well maintained. We room an entire flat and the flat had all required amenities.

Super hotel for a comfort stay. So economic and very clean and neat. Safety is 100%. Room service is also good. Just experience the comfort stay with lowest amount.
